GGuest UserThe price is cheap, it's clean, and the service is great! There's also an airport shuttle service, so it's easy to get there. There's a laundry right next door, and this is a great laundry place. I think I'll visit again next time I go to Lombok.

But the conditions for office are very poor, the height of the table and chairs is basically the same, and the surface is dirty; the meal is a very simple local meal, there is no swimming pool, the above conditions are far from the three-star hotel.

MMichael AnsgarOverall I had a pleasant stay there after they changed my room to one on the 1st floor. My room on the ground floor was extremely humid and smelled kinda moldy. I heard from other guests this is also the case in other rooms on the ground floor.
In my new room the bed was comfy, the bathroom was okay and the ac was working properly.
I wouldn't book the breakfast since it's not really a fulfilling meal.
The staff is friendly even though they don't speak english, but with the help of a translator you'll be able to get the information you want to them.
