GGuest UserI recently stayed at JW Marriott Hotel Medan and was truly impressed by the experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional—every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and eager to assist, whether it was at check-in, concierge, or housekeeping. The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly designed, with a fantastic view of the city skyline. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with high-quality amenities. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a huge plus. The facilities were top-notch—I particularly enjoyed the infinity pool on the upper floor, which offers an incredible panoramic view of Medan. The fitness center was well-equipped and clean. Food-wise, I was blown away by the breakfast buffet at Marriott Café. A wide variety of both local and international dishes, all fresh and delicious. Overall, JW Marriott Medan exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and excellent service, this is the place to be.
