We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. It’s conveniently located near major tourist attractions, which made exploring the city very easy. The rooms are large, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The hotel also has a spa and a well-equipped gym for guests. However, the women’s spa could use some improvements compared to the men’s spa. The staff provided incredible service throughout our stay, and they even offered us a late check-out. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at JW Marriott Hotel Medan and was truly impressed by the experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional—every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and eager to assist, whether it was at check-in, concierge, or housekeeping. The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly designed, with a fantastic view of the city skyline. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with high-quality amenities. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a huge plus. The facilities were top-notch—I particularly enjoyed the infinity pool on the upper floor, which offers an incredible panoramic view of Medan. The fitness center was well-equipped and clean. Food-wise, I was blown away by the breakfast buffet at Marriott Café. A wide variety of both local and international dishes, all fresh and delicious. Overall, JW Marriott Medan exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and excellent service, this is the place to be.

It was as fantastic as my trip before in May. Nice room and clean, Nice view, nice breakfast and lot of varities.

The room is clean and well maintained, location is still quite central, many eateries outside the hotel. Breakfast serves local food and continental food as well. I would like to come back next time.

Stayed at Kama Hotel Medan and loved the modern, squeaky-clean vibes - definitely a fresh spot! Got upgraded to a spacious room, which was a nice surprise and much appreciated. But, holy majolie Batman! The night turned into a symphony of screaming motorbikes and zooming cars, thanks to the hipster youngsters treating the street like their personal racetrack. It’s a lively hangout zone, so pack earplugs if you’re not into the midnight Grand Prix soundtrack. Location-wise, the is a delightful gem. A breezy 10-minute stumble from Medan train station, stone throw from the eerie charm of Tjong A Fie Mansion, and right across from Tip Top Restaurant and Bakery, where you can grab a pastry to munch while contemplating the chaos of the hipster-infested streets. Perfect spot if you enjoy your mornings with a side of historical haunt and your nights dodging motorbike mayhem. 😈

I had a very pleasant stay at Aryaduta Medan. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing a relaxing place to rest. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to access shopping areas and local attractions. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of local and international dishes. Overall, Aryaduta Medan delivers great value and a comfortable stay. I would gladly return again.

A conveniently-located hotel with a nice lagoon pool and outdoor area. The buffet breakfast has so many amazing Indonesian options - highly recommended.

The food and beverage outlets are amazing and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The service here amazing, free ice cream whilst waiting for check-in is just the tip of the iceberg. The deep joy pool, everyone should dive into once. Their luxury white fluffy towels, plush white bath robes and heavenly-smelling shower gels in tiny little bottles 一there's something about padding around in their fancy bathroom that feels gloriously decadent. The breakfast spread was a culinary delight, and the hotel's facilities, including the spa and fitness center, were top-notch. Located conveniently in the heart of the city, this hotel is the epitome of luxury. I highly recommend it for an unforgettable experience. Recommend this hotel to anyone that can afford it. Affordable basic room but clean enough ( some ants though). Location is central within 20min walking radius of major malls ( Plaza Medan Fair/Sun/Cambridge), Damri airport bus ( in front of Plaza Medan Fair), family massage/reflexology outlets (Jl.Orion), and the popular medan cakes outlets eg ”bika ambon” (Zulaikha)/”bolu” (Meranti). Car park is available with security. However, the complimentary breakfast is only set without selection option.
