"Our stay at Hotel Santika Premier Garut was delightful. The location offers stunning mountain views and refreshing cool air, while the rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff were warm and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome. Breakfast was a treat with a variety of delicious local and international dishes. We also enjoyed the pool, perfect for relaxing while taking in the beautiful surroundings. A great choice for both family getaways and business trips—would love to return!"
"Great stay at Mercure Garut City Center. Friendly and helpful staff, very clean room, excellent breakfast, and a perfect location right in the city center. Service, cleanliness, and friendliness were all very good. Highly recommended!"
"Came to this hotels on my new year holiday, the place is really pretty, the ambience is feels like you were at your grandma villages, the services and foods is great!, the pool is not a hot spring, but that's fine, because this place is near from Cipanas and even if you want to go to darajat pass... also the restaurant's food is really good, we love the nasi liwet ayam bakar and nasi goreng menggila pedas, so if you wanna go for a family trip, with your couple or a solo staycation, this is one of the great recommendation, and just a little information, for the hotels, we have to walk over a couples of stairs, so if you have a disabilty such as wearing a walkchair, i think it's not your best rec."
"The location is right near the Cipanas Tarogong Kaler intersection, next to Indomaret. It's easy to find. Even though it's in the middle of town, there's minimal traffic noise. The hotel is comfortable, with a unique concept, like a cluster complex with a carport next to it. Inside, there's a stove and simple cooking utensils, all neatly arranged in the kitchen. The staff is responsive and easy to ask for help. If you get bored in your room, you can walk out the back to find a mini aviary, playground, shooting range, and a relaxing area. Amenities are basic: Wi-Fi works, the toilet works, but the water heater only works at night. It doesn't work in the morning, although the water isn't too cold. Breakfast is yellow rice with fried chicken, fried noodles, and bottled juice. Overall, I'm satisfied with the hotel and its unique concept, a complex with touches of military ornamentation here and there."
"Sabda Alam Resort is a good spot for a fun family getaway in Garut. We booked the Anggun Villa, and the room exceeded our expectations. While the bathroom could use some improvements, my son absolutely loved the jumbo-sized bathtub! Breakfast was average—nothing particularly special or memorable—but the real highlight is the mountain view next to on-site water park. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the fresh mountain air makes the stay even more relaxing."
GGuest UserThe hotel is superb. The location, the ambience, car park, staff, food (breakfast), and especially the pool and jacuzzi. The water quite hot for the javuzzi, but if can be hotter it will be good. For the room, a little bit small and the queen size bed is a minus for my perspective. Overall for my family and me, we love our vacation and stayed in this hotel, and recommend this hotel to someone to plan visiting Garut
GGuest UserThe location is beautiful—perfect for calming both the heart and mind. The service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly. Special thanks to Pak Myman from the restaurant for his outstanding hospitality. The cleanliness of both the hotel area and rooms was impressive, and the facilities provided were very complete. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
AAnonymous UserThe place has a super location. It’s near the city, but actually located in the hot Springs area. We love the landscape and the view. There are a lot of activities that we can do in the hotel, like horse riding, feeding the animals, canoeing, flying fox, swimming, even fishing. The cleanliness of the rooms are not so good. Maybe it was not easy to maintain such big place. My kids love the activities offered there. For me it is a little bit too bustling, especially in the swimming pool area. Because there are a lot of people who weren’t staying in the hotel that could buy a ticket to swim there, so the swimming pool area is not very comfortable to swim in. People are buying a lot of instant noodles and coffees, and they just throw the garbage everywhere. There are cigarette butts, cups, and noodle bows littered absolutely everywhere. I think they should limit how many outsiders could buy a ticket to swim so the area will be still comfortable for the hotel guests, and hire more people to clean. The food was horrible, especially for breakfast, it was almost inedible.
