GGuest UserExcellent location near the Duomo. The rooms are cozy and neat, facing a quiet street. The host speaks good English, and he is very nice and very patient. He shared a lot of information on tourist attractions and places to see. The hotel serves excellent breakfast for each guest in an amazing dining room (see pictures).

GGuest UserThe hotel is very cost-effective. The most special thing is the bathroom. The barrier-free facilities are really convenient and the appliances are very new. Room size is medium. A kettle bar is also provided. The service of the front desk staff is very good. The hotel is located a little far from the train station. There is no pedestrian road at the door. It is not easy to walk to the hotel to bring the suitcase. The hotel is a chain management group with reliable service quality.

Идеальное расположение: в 150 метрах от главной достопримечательности - замка Эстенсе. Выходишь из отеля и попадаешь в исторический центр города с неповторимой атмосферой и уютными улочками и булыжной мостовой - прелесть! Замечательный завтрак, включённый в стоимость: богатый выбор блюд (есть также продукты без лактозы, глютена), и сладкое и солёное. Очень вкусно и сытно! Прекрасные сотрудники буфета: очень милые, вежливые, приятные люди, приносят кофе, убирают посуду, очень учтивые! Преимущества отеля по сравнению с некоторыми в Риме: дают чайник, посуду в номер; есть тёплое одеяло в пододеяльнике (!), в номере очень тепло, можно самому регулировать температуру. Мягкие, удобные кровати. Приятные интерьеры. Вежливые сотрудники на ресепшен, готовые прийти на помощь. Если что-то перестало работать (батарея отопления в туалете или сейф) - чинят сразу. Я смело могу посоветовать этот отель своим друзьям и знакомым! Спасибо этому отелю за гостеприимство! Также приятно, когда на завтраке команда отеля поздравляет тебя с днём рождения, это очень трогательно! Спасибо!

Good breakfast, but on the Swedish line there is not enough fresh vegetables and fruit.
You can leave the suitcase in the luggage storage room after leaving.

SSeedsB&B never fails me in providing a good sleep. Their bed and pillows are super comfortable. The staff are super helpful and trying their best to full fill our special requests. The breakfast though has limited choices, but they are all fresh made. The hotel is not the newest, there are some places in detail need to be fixed, it does not affect my experience. This hotel is practical, knowing what is their focus. I always choose this brand in every country I travel and will keep doing so.
