Excellent value for money stay. The only bad thing about the hotel is that it takes a while to walk. But the facilities are comparable to five stars. The stay was very comfortable and the hotel room was more than twice as big as the average European hotel room.

A very unique structure that positively differentiates it from the typical hotel, but which obviously also affects the space without compromising comfort. Strategically located on the sea, it makes for an extremely pleasant summer stay. A beautiful place where I would gladly return if the opportunity arises.

I'm incredibly pleased with the food, locations, and service. Everything was fantastic. I also had a great time with the massage. Many thanks to the therapists!

Posto da favola, ma abbastanza distante da Portonovo e Mezzavalle se come me ci si muove solo a piedi e con uno saono da trekking. I mezzi pubblici passano di rado e bisogna calcolare bene i tempi. In alta stagione l’hotel dispone di un servizio navetta per il Conero. Il giardino dell’hotel è bellissimo e curatissimo e la vista sulle spiagge del Conero è mozzafiato. Addetti alla reception gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Camera con vista sul mare da favola. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Cena nel ristorante interno: di qualità ma quantità minime. Prezzi sproporzionati. Ho aspettato moltissimo per ordinare, molto tra una portata e l’altra. Non mi sono osato a dire nulla, ma devono essersene resi conto da soli in quanto al check-out mi hanno fatto uno sconto rispetto ai prezzi visti sul menù.

Everyone in the staff always had a ready smile and was always helpful! Excellent views of the beach from the restaurant and the room! We took our meals at the restaurant and food as well as the service were great! For starters, we were served sparkling white wine and some bruschetta! We ordered pasta and vegetable gratin each and were surprised by the large portions! But everything was delicious so we were more than satisfied. About the location, you need to walk up a bit but we did not mind the exercise at all. Also, if you find yourself in Portonovo, you will be a bit far from the city center. So if you need to shop for necessities, you need to drive 20-30 minutes to Numana. The hotel gave excellent suggestions and arranged also for a hired taxi. All-around great service and would definitely visit again in the future if given the chance.

Finding the entrance isn't really easy: you have to go under an archway and then take the door to the left with number 5. The man greeting me was very nice and supportive. The room is an easy apartment, nothing special. The restroom isn't private, you share with the other three apartments. The kitchen is very simple, breakfast isn't a lot: old bread and some apples. If you stay just one night, it's completely fine and it isn't far from the nightlife. The price is probably pretty fair
