Beautiful courtyard, nice onsens, very helpful staff. The traditional ryokan and Japanese breakfast experience was unforgettable here!

Breakfast is fermented food, lots of items, and the cherry blossoms are very delicious i've received it. There was also yogurt to drink, and the customer service staff were smiling and the atmosphere was very good.

It's nice that you can check in without meeting anyone at the unmanned check-in. There is a coin laundry in the common area on the first floor.

Thanks to you, the room was very spacious and I was able to spend a comfortable day alone. The hot spring was also very pleasant, and there were hardly any people in the bath, so I was able to relax in a spacious and comfortable space. I was able to stay at a low price. Thank you very much.

Staff Ryo san is very friendly and helpful. He is very informative and I enjoy chatting with him. Our room comes with a toilet as shown. An option for a private bath is available costing 500 yen for 30min. I approached Ryo san and book my timing (first come first serve) only after I checked in. My one night stay comes with a simple breakfast the next morning. The homely meal is rice with egg omelette and some other dishes. Roughly a 15min walk to Kofu train station.

I stayed for one night without meals. My attitude was that all I needed was a bath and a place to sleep. The front desk staff were casual but polite. I liked them. If I have the opportunity, I would like to return.

It's convenient because it's close to the station.

THE LOCATION IS VERY CONVENIENT. ALSO, WE ARE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN EARLY WHEN WE ARRIVED. WE WERE ABLE TO VISIT THE NEWLY OPEN COSTCO IN YAMANASHI AND IT IS ALMOST A 15 MINUTES DRIVE FROM THE HOTEL.
