Hotels near Otemachi Station, Tokyo

Oh dear, I forgot to write a review, my apologies! This is my second stay at this hotel. Let me start with the conclusion: whenever you go to Tokyo or anywhere in Japan, if there's a Mitsui Garden Hotel in that city, just book it without hesitation. For the same price range, I personally think it's an exceptionally high-standard hotel among its type. Regarding this specific hotel, first, the location is excellent. From Marunouchi North Exit, it's about a 10-minute walk straight ahead, a very easy route to remember. The city views along the way are great, and there are various subway lines nearby. The room size is just right, and the facilities are perfectly adequate for a solo traveler. From the 6th floor upwards, each floor has vending machines for drinks and ice makers. One of the vending machines is specifically for alcoholic beverages, clearly marked. When I came in July, I visited them several times a day; this winter trip, I went less often. As for service, it was absolutely perfect... According to the policy of most Japanese hotels, check-in time is 3:00 PM. My Shinkansen from Toyama arrived in Tokyo at 2:00 PM. Since I had plans to meet a friend that evening and needed to shower and change, I discussed with the front desk lady if I could pay for early check-in. The result was that I didn't have to pay, and she asked me to wait a moment. About 10-15 minutes later, I was able to enter my room. I'm truly, truly grateful. Regarding breakfast, the dining area isn't huge, but it's one of the rare places that offers different food options every day. This means even if you stay for 3 or 4 consecutive days or more, you can still look forward to breakfast. So, if you're coming to Tokyo and need a quiet environment amidst the hustle and bustle, a comfortable room, and attentive service, I highly recommend this place.

The room was very well designed with excellent use of space, and everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The service was attentive and professional throughout my stay. The location is outstanding — right by Tokyo Station — making it incredibly convenient to go anywhere in the city, and there are plenty of great dining options nearby. The breakfast was also very good with a nice variety and high quality. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay. I would happily stay here again.

Cute little hotel. The room was small, but luckily I only had a small luggage so it's fine. Location is close to the Tokyo station. Amenities were plentiful, including massaging leg gel. Coffee is available at the lobby, there is a microwave and a dining place at the back where you can heat and eat your bentos. I had to open my window a bit to make sure the room wasn't too hot. Bed felt fine but after a night's sleep my back was hurting. Probably too soft for me. If you only need to stay 1-2 nights, it's a convenient hotel.

Extremely convenient for Akihabara, just one stop away. The hotel is a maximum 5-minute walk from JR Kanda station. It's incredibly quiet at night, and the self-service check-in machine at the entrance is super convenient. They even have free energy drinks and coffee at the entrance, so it definitely offers excellent value for money. The room is a bit small but I guess it is common in Japan, especially in Tokyo town. Location wise, it’s a short walk to kanda station and also a walkable distance to Tokyo station. Kanda JR station basically is good enough. Access to chuo line and Yamanote line. These 2 lines are good enough to go ueno, akihabara, shibuya, shinjuku, ikebukuro. And this station also hold the ginza metro line. And nearby otemachi station who has access to most of the subway lines. There are convenience stores nearby, 7-11 just next to it.

A short walk from the station, cosy rooms. Rooms facing the front of the hotel have bathroom and room windows with views of the Skytree and was nice. Two paths to the hotel from Akihabara station, one way is shorter but has a few stairs to go up and down in order to cross the small river. Gentle slope, and good news, it has also a slope in the middle of the stairs for rolling suitcases up and down.

The hotel is very close to the subway station. They don't provide bottled water, as the bathroom water is stated to be drinkable. There's a Lawson convenience store right downstairs, which is super convenient. If you're short on energy, you can take one subway stop to Ginza; otherwise, it's a manageable walk. The room itself was nothing special, but perfectly adequate, and good for light travelers, as our triple room didn't have space to fully open our luggage – the aisle was very narrow. However, that's a common issue in Tokyo, so it's acceptable. It was generally quiet at night.

Great location, only about a 5-minute walk from Kanda JR station, and surrounded by food streets. The room was a bit small, but the front desk service was very attentive. They even offer free hot cocoa and coffee, which my kids absolutely loved!

Location is a little inconvenient but I chose this hotel as I wanted to explore a new neighbourhood this time. There is a family mart 1 min away which is convenient as the hotel don't provide bottled water, there is also a Hiroshima style okonomiyaki 2 mins away which was good! Near the front desk, there's a station where you could choose your own pillow. Wanted to try out the tempur pillow but it was not available on the 2 nights I stayed there. Room is a little small but manageable even with 2 luggages. Probably would not stay here again since its a little inconvenient, but would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in kanda!

The location is excellent, with a subway station just a 5-minute walk away, and Ginza not far either. The price is also quite good, and the exterior looks very upscale. However, once you enter, the standard room really only has a bed, barely enough space to open your luggage. But the service is great. It was raining when I was there, and there were always staff members cleaning the floor at the entrance, and umbrellas were provided, which was very convenient.
