Amazing
GGuest UserWhen the weather is bad on Jeju Island, the hotel you choose really matters. This hotel truly elevated my experience in Jeju. First off, a lot of Korean vacationers, couples, and families stay here. The environment is beautiful, and if you pick a room with a balcony, you can relax there every evening. If you get hungry, there's a 24-hour convenience store downstairs where you can grab a bite. I absolutely loved it!

CCY TanMy stay at Parnas Hotel Jeju was truly exceptional and exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and professional, making me feel genuinely welcomed. The room was beautifully designed—spacious, modern, and impeccably clean—with breathtaking views that made it hard to leave. One of the highlights of the stay was the stunning infinity pool overlooking the ocean. It was the perfect place to unwind and soak in the serene atmosphere of Jeju. The facilities were top-notch, and every detail felt thoughtfully curated to provide both comfort and luxury. The dining experience was equally impressive, with a great variety of high-quality options that catered to different tastes. Breakfast, in particular, was a delight and a great way to start each day. Overall, Parnas Hotel Jeju offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and scenic beauty. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jeju, whether for a relaxing getaway or a special occasion. I would definitely return again.

Rrac_racA very chill and comprehensive resort. Love the chill vibe and the room. The resort consist of different shops, restaurants and convenience stores. This is so convenient. Also, Landing Dining is a must try. A lot of selection of seafood. The hotel location is close to many tourist attractions. With car, you can move around easily. Will definitely come back next time if I visit Jeju again.

HHazelle We had a good 2-night stay here. Although the room is small, it was what we booked based on our budget. They don't provide toothbrushes and toothpaste (according to Jeju law), but there is a CU convenience store near the reception area. They also don't provide slippers, but you can buy them at the reception. The place is clean and near tourist spots like Gwangchigi Beach and the Canola field. It's also one bus ride away from Seongsan Ilchulbong and the ferry port going to Udo Island. You can do your laundry while enjoying karaoke and other games. They have a bar to unwind until, I think, 12 am. A bonus is that the receptionists, both male and female (I forgot their names), are approachable, and they can store your luggage before check-in and after check-out. I will definitely book here again when I visit the East side of Jeju.

GGuest UserWe were quite disappointed upon arrival. We had specifically booked a mountain view room, but were given a city view room with mountains in the distant background—a view that looked nothing like what was advertised in the hotel’s room listing. When we raised this with the front desk and showed them the discrepancy using a photo comparison (our view vs. the advertised one), we were told that the building had been constructed recently and the room photos hadn’t been updated. However, the buildings obstructing our view clearly appeared not to be new, making that explanation unconvincing. What was even more disappointing was the lack of any effort to rectify the situation. The hotel could have at least offered us an alternative room, even a cheaper one with partial sea and mountain views, but this wasn’t done. We ended up paying a premium for a view that didn’t meet expectations, and left feeling misled. Parking The listing stated free parking, but both nights, the hotel car park was full. We had to park in public areas, and one night, we ended up parking at the roadside due to a lack of space. As foreigners unfamiliar with Korean parking regulations, this caused unnecessary stress—we were worried about the risk of parking fines for potentially illegal parking. Other Concerns There seemed to be extra charges for everything. Only two complimentary bottles of water were provided each night. When we went to the lobby to ask for two paper cups, we were told we had to pay for them. Fortunately, this charge was waived—possibly because they were aware of our parking issue—but it still left a negative impression.

GGuest UserCheck in was seamless, there’s a self check in machine! Room was clean, came with all basic amenities. We had shower leak issue and it was quickly resolved after calling the front desk and they sent someone up immediately to replace the shower head. 👍🏻 The only downside is their parking lots are limited (& tight), and some nights we ended up parking at the nearby public multistorey carpark, they did offer to reimburse the fees but it was still a hassle.

GGuest UserFirst of all - the perfect stay, favouriting. This is pretty much a two-floor townhouse with widest possible 3 bed rooms and all facilities included (plus three toilets and bath-tube). Very warm at winter. Very enjoyable stay. A bit of details. The unit is a part of mini-city of similar houses around. It is built right in the forest. The architects were brave enough to keep original trees around, so your windows are looking directly into the forest - with all the singing birds, tree branches nearly touch your windows (btw, the third photo is from one of the windows). It is very silent place, with breathtaking volcano views. From facilities point of view, the project looks like suffered from financial hardship - most of the things in the minicity that were planned - are still on the plan or were outsourced to another companies (though, I am sure, once the project is completed - the price will double at least). There is no restaurant as such (at the time of writing), at or even around the place; swimming pool is largely incomplete. The BBQ mini-room in the center of the house (which is directly under naked sky) totally rot beyond repair, but I admire designers decision to build it. Never saw anything like this before. I bet it can be rebuilt. Deliveries to that area does not work - too far. So if you hungry at night - you don't have too much of options than a ramyon or cooking yourself (saying this, we discovered 이승악식당 next door - saved us greatly at lunch time). Gym equipment looked very rich, though the gym room is a bit disproportional in size - barely fits it all. Btw, we found a great table tennis table there. Overall it's a great civilization escape. Few things to be planned ahead but waking up by the sun shining directly to your eyes - unbeatable. I believe it's the one, where wife's and husband's opinions differ :).

GGuest UserA few things to update from the most recent review: the 7-11 next door is gone/being renovated; you cannot cook inside of your room even though it has a burner, etc. and not all rooms have a washing machine (photos a bit misleading). However, there is a laundry machine available for use, you just need your own detergent. Very friendly and helpful staff. The cook-your-own breakfast was a great deal for us as a family. The roof top is amazing, 360 views of the sea and mountains, truly stunning.
