KKai.liuExcellent value for money! The hotel has been recently renovated, and the rooms are clean and spacious, with smart temperature control and convenient curtains. The breakfast offers Korean specialties, and the staff are enthusiastic. The laundry room and gym are fully equipped, making it suitable for both business trips and vacations.

BBENedictAlcaI had a very comfortable stay at KYND Hotel and was especially impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. The complimentary coffee and water were a thoughtful touch, and the room amenities, including an LG clothes dryer, small fridge, and high-quality toiletries—made the stay even more convenient. Everything felt well-prepared for us, which I truly appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bundang.

GGuest UserI enjoyed my stay at the property. Front desk was really approachable and attentive to details such as pillow option selected / sharing with me about the shuttle service. The property is connected to the mall and the Soft Tofu Stew restaurant was particularly good. It was packed with people.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit far from the city center, but it offers better value for money than hotels in the downtown area. There's a subway station nearby, which makes it convenient to visit various attractions. Alternatively, you can download a Korean ride-hailing app to instantly call a taxi or book a ride. Since there were five of us, taking taxis wasn't cost-effective, so we often booked a 6-seater car half an hour in advance through the app, which was very convenient! There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, and the front desk staff also spoke English. The room was clean and comfortable. Although not huge, it was quite spacious compared to hotels near Myeongdong in Korea, with plenty of room to move around! The water temperature was perfect, and we really loved the hotel's shampoo and conditioner; our hair felt incredibly soft and smooth after using them – we'd love to know what brand they are! Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the residence side and I must say it is one of the best, if not the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in on all of our travels. Very spacious, clean and NEW!!!
All the staff members were very attentive, especially the manager for the WiFi support was courteous and responsive. I would highly recommend this hotel for quality, service and value for the money. Having the 24-hr CU (mini mart) in the 1st floor of the hotel was very convenient.
Special shout out to our housekeeping staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Just few minor suggestions to the hotel management:
1. Don’t need a calendar, but do need clocks in the living room and the bedroom.
2. Need a trash can in the kitchen/dining table area.
3. Would be good to have a small dish rack, since guests are required to do the dishes
4. The sliding door from the master bedroom to the showers flaps around when closed if the heater or air is on. Needs to somehow stabilize it, it doesn’t make noise trying to sleep.
With just few minor improvements it would be a “perfect” place to stay!

GGuest UserThe location of this hotel is incredibly convenient—close to many restaurants, a department store (which also has excellent eateries on the lower level), and the subway station. I was assigned a room on the fifth floor, which I believe is non-smoking. The noise level was minimal, and the staff were friendly. Tea, coffee, and bottled water are replenished upon request. There is also a free coffee machine on the ground floor.

MMarsha MarshaHello! I stayed in Seongnam (during the Chuseok holiday) for the first time since it was close to Gachon University [where my friend was located]. I arrived from YNJ/Yánjí, China after a week of exploring border cities. Unbeknownst to me, the motel was located in ”Little Yanji”... OMG, it was like I never left that NE Chinese region. This area does have a Chinatown vibe, but I didn't mind since it reminded me of my great time in China (Yanbian, known as the Third Korea).
First and foremost, the front desk was kind enough to let me check in earlier since I arrived before 10:00 (check-in starts at 14:00). The motel was tidy, provided cold beverages/water in the mini-fridge, the bathroom was huge, the room was very clean, and also had a blackout window. There's also a parking garage if you have a vehicle. If you're taking public transportation, Taepyeong Station is around two blocks away to take the metro/subway.
Note: The room I stayed in was 203 and was as pictured... Nothing was misleading with the advertisement.

GGuest UserThe boss was not at the front desk and waited for a while before coming over. The attitude is very good, that is, I often don't have to call. Although it is on the first floor, it is still comfortable to live. There is an e-sports computer, which is useless. The space is not large, the sound insulation is average
