If you need to buy something urgently, then right under the hotel there is a 24-hour 7/11. The room was clean, except for the towels. I would also like them to provide disposable toothbrushes, but for the price we paid, this can't really be considered a minus. The air conditioner works very well and there is a lot of light in the room. The view deserves five stars, panoramic, beautiful and very light in the morning😍 Soundproofing is good, no one was heard. For its price, the hotel deserves four stars for sure.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

it took around 10mins from the nearest bus station to the hotel, the staffs were sooo nice, they could speak english i appreciate it. the hotel has pool but crowded by kids :(

It was a residence hotel. We could use a big refrigerator and a washing machine in this hotel room. We stayed 3 nights there. It was very comfortable and convenient. The hotel was near Jengbang waterfall, and Seguipo Olle market, and the temporary residence of the famous painter Lee Jungseob during the Korean War. We could easily get to the starting point of hiking course called Jeju 6th Olle trail and enjoy the beautiful camellia flowers near the hotel. The hotel price was very reasonable and I am satisfied with the facilities.

It is a new hotel, very clean and in a very convenient location. The stuff is friendly but usually you couldn't find someone in the reception desk, which was bothering me some times. But no big deal. The room overall was good, very bright with the sun. Only the toilet is very small and the faucet is out of it. Also, some additional hangers for the clothes would be nice. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for travellers to Seogwipo. 😊

GGuest UserThis stay really enhanced our whole trip. The hotel itself is surrounded by stunning sea views and beaches, and there's a natural hiking trail just a short walk away. We even had a chance encounter with the famous actor Ryu Seung-ryong and hiked back to the hotel with him! The front desk staff spoke excellent English, and the service, right from the doorman, was precise and warm. The kids absolutely loved the pool experience, spending three hours in the water and not wanting to get out. The pool's water quality and safety measures deserve a perfect 10/10. Dining options nearby are convenient, and the in-room dining service was also delicious. We'll definitely be back for another stay!

GGuest UserPerfect for a solo traveler. There's a bus stop nearby, and a well-stocked CU convenience store is just a 4-minute walk away. Make sure to try the bread from Jeil Seongsimdang too! Everything is within walking distance of the accommodation. There's a water dispenser on the first floor where you can get hot water, and it's very quiet at night. It's also super convenient for visiting Seopjikoji and Seongsan Ilchulbong.

GGuest UserWe were quite disappointed upon arrival. We had specifically booked a mountain view room, but were given a city view room with mountains in the distant background—a view that looked nothing like what was advertised in the hotel’s room listing.
When we raised this with the front desk and showed them the discrepancy using a photo comparison (our view vs. the advertised one), we were told that the building had been constructed recently and the room photos hadn’t been updated. However, the buildings obstructing our view clearly appeared not to be new, making that explanation unconvincing.
What was even more disappointing was the lack of any effort to rectify the situation. The hotel could have at least offered us an alternative room, even a cheaper one with partial sea and mountain views, but this wasn’t done. We ended up paying a premium for a view that didn’t meet expectations, and left feeling misled.
Parking
The listing stated free parking, but both nights, the hotel car park was full. We had to park in public areas, and one night, we ended up parking at the roadside due to a lack of space. As foreigners unfamiliar with Korean parking regulations, this caused unnecessary stress—we were worried about the risk of parking fines for potentially illegal parking.
Other Concerns
There seemed to be extra charges for everything. Only two complimentary bottles of water were provided each night. When we went to the lobby to ask for two paper cups, we were told we had to pay for them. Fortunately, this charge was waived—possibly because they were aware of our parking issue—but it still left a negative impression.

GGuest UserCheck in was seamless, there’s a self check in machine! Room was clean, came with all basic amenities. We had shower leak issue and it was quickly resolved after calling the front desk and they sent someone up immediately to replace the shower head. 👍🏻
The only downside is their parking lots are limited (& tight), and some nights we ended up parking at the nearby public multistorey carpark, they did offer to reimburse the fees but it was still a hassle.

I came for a family vacation with my three daughters and I'm very satisfied with the affordable price. location is good, with a nearby local market with plenty of food. quite centralised, distance to hallim/ udo/ gapado are averaged 1hr drive away.
Downside: there was only small face towels in the room, no normal big size towels. Probably bring your own towels.
