We were lucky enough to be greeted by Ghofrane, who welcomed us in the best possible way—smiling, kind, and professional... we immediately felt very comfortable! I therefore recommend this hotel, which deserves to be better known and more frequented! P.S.: I didn't have breakfast, but I imagine it must be on par with the rest of the service. One small drawback: I would have preferred to have Nespresso machines to have good coffee available in the room!"

Not sure why we were not provided with daily complimentary water and tea. Near to shops and supermarket so we were able to buy water and any other essentials. Loved Morocco!"
