”Overall, a good experience. One minor suggestion for the breakfast team: the reception greeting feels a bit mechanical. Instead of asking 'How many people?' (which is usually obvious as we walk in), it would be much more welcoming to simply say 'Good morning, let me show you to your table.' Small changes in communication make a big difference in a luxury setting.”

It’s a nice hotel for the price. Breakfast was very good, the location is also fine, room was clean with a shared bathroom. A good choice for the price quality ratio.

An Outstanding Stay at Park Royal – Comfort, Cuisine & Class Just wow! Park Royal is perfectly located for travelers, right in the heart of downtown yet wonderfully peaceful throughout the day. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless—the check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and polite. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean, offering great comfort after a long day. The highlight of my stay was the fantastic Christmas buffet dinner, and I can confidently say that Park Royal offers one of the best breakfasts in town—delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. An added bonus was the reopening of the club within the same premises from 31st December. As a Park Royal guest, I was offered complimentary entry, which made the experience even more special. With everything nearby, excellent hospitality, and a calm atmosphere, Park Royal truly stands out. I will definitely visit again to relive these wonderful memories.
