Very nice place to stay in, located in the center of Muscat and 20 minutes by car from the airport. We stayed in an executive suite, which is more than 70m2, with terrace. It was great. You have also a swimming pool on the last floor where you can swim and enjoy the view of Muscat

I had such a lovely stay at Sheraton Oman. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming. One of my favorite things in the room was the coffee machine. I used it every day for my coffee break and absolutely loved it! The breakfast buffet was amazing, with so many options and everything tasting fresh and delicious. It was the perfect start to each day. The pool really stood out too - spacious, clean, and absolutely gorgeous. It was such a relaxing spot to unwind. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again!

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The cleanliness and upkeep of the room were exceptional, and the view from the room was a lovely touch. Service: The staff were very professional and friendly, offering excellent customer service. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone was attentive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Facilities: The hotel offers a variety of facilities including a well-equipped fitness center, a beautiful pool, and a dining area serving delicious breakfast and a wide range of international dishes. The hotel also has a business center and meeting rooms, which were convenient for any work-related needs. That was a perfect place to stay. Thanks for the very kind staff including Ridha and Nasser. I extended my stay here two more weeks and Mr Nasser offered me a great package price. Everything here was nice and the breakfast buffet was amazing. A big mall could be reached through the underground hotel. I am lucky to have selected this hotel for my first visit to the wonderful Oman 🇴🇲. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

The location is not really in the city center; however, there are still many amenities, restaurants, shops, etc., within walking distance. Many malls are nearby, but transportation is required. You will need to rent a car to move around and visit tourist attractions, which are a bit far. The hotel is like a 5-star hotel with a swimming pool, gym, restaurant, etc. The studio apartment is spacious with still-new-looking furniture, and the toilet is nice and sparkling clean. The shower water pressure and hot water are good; I kept looking forward to a hot shower after a day out. It has a complete kitchen with all cutlery, a microwave, a kettle, etc. (no washing machine though unlike other hotel in the same group). The bed was good and comfy, and I had an excellent sleep after a tiring day. I booked the studio for 6 days and 5 nights with breakfast. The breakfast was superb, mainly continental with limited variety. However, it started to get boring on the third day as there was no change to the menu except for 2-3 dishes. The communication and services by the hotel were excellent, very responsive and prompt. I requested toiletries, drinking water, etc., a few times, and they were provided promptly. In summary, I consider it a good hotel with excellent services.

The Chedi brand never fails to disappoint. And the Muscat experience does it so much justice. And more. The usual “black pool” (2 of them actually), a gym like really really no other. And… the service. All the way up there. There should be more Chedi in the world! Special to Marebel and Anton who made our breakfast just perfect
