NnatnatalieThe hotel host is very kind and friendly. He offered us a room with great view which we can see the travertines of Pamukkale. The room is clean and big, with living room, kitchen, bedroom and toilet. The host assisted us many times during our trip. He helped us to book our hot balloon trip with a price cheaper than online pre-booking. He also drove us to the bank ATM when we need cash and helped us to call local taxi. I highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserNewly built hotel with a pool. The pool is actually great as it is so hot during the day. Rooms were spacious and clean, as advertised. Linen and towels were also clean and new. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel is close to the main tourist sites. Would definitely book again if I stayed in Pamukkale. Suggest starting at South Gate first (300 lira taxi from the hotel) as it is easier to walk down the travertines rather than up. Go as early as possible as it gets very hot during the day and can make it difficult to see everything on foot, especially for an older person, otherwise pay for the buggy and they will drive you around.

GGuest UserAirport bus sent us right opposite the hotel and the owner Ismir was there welcoming us. The hotel is very close to the Pamukkale town entrance near to the restaurants and the room is spacious. Ismir is extremely helpful, preparing our breakfast and offered to drop us at the south gate of Pamukkale without fee the next day. We had a relaxing swim at the swimming pool before we headed out to the Pamukkale in the evening and the hotel staffs were all very friendly and helpful, offering us watermelon and water to keep us hydrated from the summer heat. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserIt's a new hotel The owner is kind and helpful We book family room and it's an amazing room Spotless , bed Very comfy, big room, toilet Very clean The view from the room is hot air balloon in the morning And it's very close to pamukkle it's around 10minutes walk to Northgate Breakfast is delicious But it's a bit far from denzli bus station and no bus, must take Uber or taxi

I enjoyed having a private balcony with a great view, which added to the overall ambiance. XXuuyeethe hotel is located in a quite area of the town. Easy street parking and we enjoyed the hot bath. The public bath can be used by both gender. In winter month the outdoor pool are great for cold plunge. Inside pools are heated

GGuest UserThe hotel's hot spring is amazing! It's a red mud hot spring. After washing, your body is covered with mineral particles from Pamukkale. There are men and women bathing together, and there are also women bathing alone. We went there in the morning, and there were only a few of us. There was also an indoor swimming pool. The hotel includes breakfast and dinner, with a wide variety of options.
