YYiu ChungReasonable price, a good alternative for someone who visits Washington DC ( cannot find such price in the city centre) Close to city centre, just take a Lyft for $6 to the Washington Monument New and clean Breakfast is ok, but dont expect too much Kitchen in the room with dishwasher 👍 Better if bed sheet for the sofa bed is provided

GGuest UserNice hotel, which is newly opened in August, 2025. Obviously very clean. I stayed for two nights. The view towards the Downtown DC and the Potomac river was exceptional. The location was great - very walkable to the Rosslyn station. One short fall was the front desk. I think as it is new, the employee lacked professionalism or may lack training. Approximately 3:55 am in the first night, the hotel suddenly charged my credit card, which was previously used for deposit when checking in. It was really distressing to be awaken in the middle of the night for a large amount of unauthorized transaction. As worried for a potential fraudulent use, I wasn't able to sleep back. Early next morning, I made a inquiry to the front gently but the employee simply replied that was a system error in a very indifferent manner. The response of just treating it as if it isn't anything and later to be released anyway was disproportionate its facility. I think that there is room for further improvement on the hotel' transaction system or service quality.

GGuest UserMy flight was cancelled so I needed to find a place to stay. The location was very convenient for DCA airport, either by metro (2 stops) or car and connected to the mall. Following Ritz Carlton’s standard, all staff was incredibly respectful, caring and attentive without being stifling. Ordered in-room dining for dinner and it was okay, but nothing special. Presentation and service of it was impeccable. When checking in, I was unexpectedly upgraded to club floor, which was very kind of them, especially after a long day of canceled and rebooked flights. Please be sure to treat the staff kindly, as it is the right thing to do. If I am in the area again, I will happily return.

MMonica WriteI thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room I was pretty and most importantly, clean. I ordered room service which was fast and delicious. I attended a conference in their conference space which was also a nice experience. Coffee and tea was provided and it was very pleasant. I would definitely chose this hotel again and highly recommend.

GGuest UserWhat a gem in the middle of Ballston! Beautiful views, great location, top notch amenities. In particular, Derrick at the check in desk went above and beyond to make my stay very comfortable - would definitely stay there again.

SStaycayLoverThe hotel has a complimentary shuttle service which runs from Ronald Reagan airport which was convenient. Starbucks to go shop at lobby which is convenient for grabbing a coffee! Room was comfortable and spacious but a little dated.

GGuest UserThe large suite has two bedrooms, a dining room and a living room. The area is estimated to be 100 square meters. Each bedroom has a large double bed of 1.5 meters and a private bathroom. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, large refrigerator, and dishes and knives. There is a large dining table in the restaurant, which is convenient for several people to eat and drink tea. The transportation is convenient, about 6 minutes walk from the Pentagon City subway entrance, and there is a Costco next to it. It is suitable for two pairs of friends or a family to travel and stay. The cost-effectiveness is very high. However, because it is an apartment, there is no service. In fact, if a family stays, there is really no need for too many services. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserHad a nice time with the family. The hotel was a nice getaway for a staycation with family. We had someone in a wheelchair and found the room easily accessable for them. It was clean and the check in was easy. The room were big and we had a view of the city I would recommend this hotel.
