First visit here for the 11 day power play event and it was amazing! The room was very clean and beautiful and all restaurants food were excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful with all the questions I had, hotel was amazing for the first time stay and will stay again in the future!

Heat in our room wasn't working at 1:30 am. Keith was responsive and although he couldn't get the heat to work, he supplied us with a couple heating towers. We were also given a discount on our final bill due to our inconvenience, which we greatly appreciated. Also, we waited quite awhile to order our breakfast (Starbucks). Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay at this hotel again in the future.

It's a historic building and a very elegant hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The service was excellent. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was closed for some reason…which was a bit inconvenient.
