GGuest UserNice location. Very friendly staff and knowledgable. We asked about the Famous Pizza restaurant and they said it was good. It was the best pizza. We like the water pond outside our window. Beds very comfortable. Sheets and towels very soft. Excellent breakfast!

Very clean. Enjoyed breakfast and programs like yoga, nightly entertainment, fire pits. Nice staff. Thanks. Will come stay again the next time we are in Sedona

LLuvdap04Hotel location was the best! Room was clean but carpet was little sandy, kinda expected of carpet. Not much amenities in the hotel but we were out most of the time. But it would be nice to have a pool or hot tub, after a day of hiking. Overall, hotel was of best value compared to the others in town. The view was awesome too!

DDonnaYCGreat location, the resort is close to many trails and shops. However, Hyatt globalist gets no special treatment here. We stayed in a studio room that has a sofa bed, and also has a kitchenette which was great longer stays. We took a 90min tour of the property when they tried to sell us the time share which ended up being over 2 hours even though we didn’t buy it.

GGuest UserEnjoyed our Thanksgiving time in Sedona and the stay at the Residence Inn was very comfortable. They welcome pets which was very important. The breakfast had limited choices, but delicious.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is quite good with nice views and Whole Foods nearby. I met with the aircon issue and maintenance mgr helped to change a room quickly. Although it was smaller but problem solved promptly.Streams are out of work and cannot be fixed due to holidays.
