I recently had the pleasure of having my parents stay at this incredible hotel, and I must say, their experience was absolutely exceptional! From the moment they arrived, they were treated to five-star magic with impeccable service, helpfulness, and reliability. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make their stay unforgettable. Their room was absolutely beautiful, clean and what a breathtaking view of the ocean! Truly amazing and relaxing stay - a home away from home in an abundance of excellence! The sound of the ocean and balcony view was one of many highlights that made this stay truly unforgettable! The food was exquisite, with dinner and breakfast being another highlight of their stay. But what truly made their experience special was the attention to detail and the way the hotel celebrated their anniversary in grandeur. The gifts, chocolates, flowers, and balloons were a lovely touch that made the occasion truly unforgettable. My parents were blown away by the hotel's excellence and the staff's dedication to providing a memorable experience. They left with lifelong memories and can't wait to return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay. Five stars isn't enough – this hotel deserves a glowing review!

A lovely room 303 - not as nice as the one granted previously but good nevertheless. Clean, spacious, friendly and in a good location. I would certainly stay again in the future. Breakfast staff were especially friendly Many thanks

Great place to stay, the ocean view is beautiful close to the Airport, the staff is amazing

A good place to be with a beautiful view.... ”The View” as its name . Closer to a shopping complex , gas station, 5min drive to the beach, closer to the beach there also restaurantswhere you can dine whole having the beach view, Toti Beach. its also closer to galleria Mall. The place is too steep so be ready for that... Their food is delicious, we had dinner there at their restaurant called Giorgios but its expensive I must say. Not sure about their breakfast and lunch though. Staff and reception is just ok. I had requested them to add a crib bed for a child and upon arrival they told us that the storeroom is closed because we arrived at 6pm so it's too late. We then asked them to give us atleast a bedsheets or any linen so we can make a plan for our son, they said ok but never pitched , nothin, not even getting back to us to say what could be the matter. We asked again the following day, they took four hours to bring a bedsheets. Bottom line is if you have a child do not, I repeat DO NOT book that place because they will lie straight to your face saying they could not reach you since you booked via an APP. I'm not sure whetherI want to talk about their kitchen in the rooms. You will have to call them now and again to bring things and they take 3 to 4hours just for a simple thing like a spoon. One thing I can say is they don't listen and listening means you respect your business and your clients I flew from overseas to rest and have a good time and have treat ourselves since they have a spar but I ended up canceling my plans for a spa because I didn't want additional dissapointments. The rest I don't even want to mention...and that is my experience after paying so much Money and looking forward to a good vacation 😌 BUT...

This is the one of the best hotel of my trip in SA. The swimming pool is amazing and fantastic. The view is also very well. I stayed in South Africa for 1 month and stayed in 10 different hotels. This one is really imprrssive. And I have view the best moon in my lives. I think I am even willing to cross half of the earth to stay there again. The room is not bad. But the disadvantage is the attitude of the receptionist and the professionalism of the restaurant staff are not good enough. Delayed the hotel's progress.

Beautiful hotel and great food. The bed was very comfortable and the staff very friendly. I would recommend this for business or leisure. There is a desk to do work if needed and also reception is quite quick with requests. We had made a last minute booking but they were able to assist instantly. When calling call a few times because the hotel does take a long time before answering they phone, I had to call over 4 times to get through to the hotel.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and the staff were friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Great value for money — I would definitely stay here again.

A good hotel to stay when in Durban There is casino at the hotel and with alot of food outlets. Just next to the beach and good for a stroll

I booked this hotel for my siblings, a boy and a girl, and their experience was great. They were happy with the cleanliness of the room and felt secure sharing the space since money prevented booking two separate rooms. The bathroom was private and secure enough for them to share without feeling exposed or uncomfortable. The bedsheets were very clean, they stayed for five nights, and the room was cleaned every day. They were very pleased with the service, and the cleaning team was friendly. Check-in was easy, especially since it was their first time staying in a hotel, and they found the process painless and hassle-free.
