Good hotel. We got a room near the pool and loved it. The beach and main pool was good. Very delicious buffet dinner on sea beach. Make sure that for infinity view pool u need to pay money even if u are guests of the hotel. A kinda strange logic which I don’t understand.

We’ve been regular repeat visitors to Pelangi Beach Resort since the early 1990s, when we used to bring our children. We make a point of driving to other new resorts in Langkawi whenever they pop up.. But nothing compares to Pelangi!! The beautifully landscaped, wooden chalet concept is like living in a village but with fantastic resort facilities. Staff are super helpful, friendly and hard-working. They always make us feel like we’re returning to see close family. We enjoyed the food buffets in the different restaurants, as well as the entertainment (Pelangi Lounge and Pelangi Grill). Not to mention the beautiful stretch of Pantai Cenang alongside the resort. Can’t rate Pelangi high enough, whether it’s for families or couples.

The breakfast spread was extensive and catered to a wide range of tastes, ensuring a delightful start to the day. While Indian food was available, the options were somewhat limited. However, the quality of the food overall was excellent. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure all our needs were met. Had the best stay of our lives right here at Ritz Carlton! The entry level room is huge! We love everything about the room! The bathtub is absolutely huge. His and her sinks. Huge shower area as well. The resort itself is huge. Every restaurant is situated at its own building. Buggy services are available around the clock. Though wait time varies. The service from everybody is excellent. You will feel well taken care of. There is also ample privacy especially if you get their villa. Would definitely love to come back here again!

Had a wonderful stay at The Aloft, will definitely be back again. Everything was excellent. The staff are lovely. A special mention for Erne, who set up our meal in our room for my birthday. She did a wonderful job. Also the Rene the housekeeper, who kept the room lovely and clean and decorated the room on my birthday! And not forgetting the bar staff and Mr Tiger 🤣.

I booked 2 rooms for the water villa suit. I request for lower level room due to old folk in families. 2nd floor room seems old & smaller, but need go through staircase to reached the room. 3rd floor room looks new, larger room and have nicer view, but it was dirty in the balcony. The rooms is far from the lobby and all facilities, but they provided 24 hours buggy service. Staff giving a fast response when request any bell service. Overall still good since we only stay for 1 night. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Had a pleasant stay here. The hospitality is tip top. And the location of the hotel is very calm as it is located far from busy city thus could enjoy the peaceful and relaxing nature. The beach is very beautiful over here as u can have yacht scenery. The staffs here are very friendly and available 24/7 to assist u. I would repeat here thats all i could say
