Facilities: Hot spring tickets were included, but it was essentially a large, noisy public bath with a very average environment and lots of people. The complimentary buffet dinner at the hot spring wasn't very good either. The room was small, and at over 2000 per night, it wasn't great value for money. Service: The staff were very enthusiastic, and the travel photographers were also very nice. Restaurant: The hotel restaurant's food was excellent! Highly recommend! The breakfast was also quite unique and special.

There were no non-smoking rooms, so the room still smelled of smoke; the hot spring room was about a 2-minute walk from the lobby, which was a bit inconvenient; the hotel staff on duty were very welcoming and even gave us a tour of the hot spring area. OMG, my friend recommended this place to me. The hot springs in Shawan are really good in winter. It was cloudy when we first set out. As time went by, the closer we got to our destination, the clearer it got. Until the sun broke through the clouds, the sky gradually became blue. Along the way, there were fields covered with snow, and the beautiful scenery of snow-capped mountains in the distance. The hot springs here are sulfur springs. The outdoor hot springs are surrounded by mountains on three sides. The air is filled with curling water mist and the smell of sulfur. After putting away the luggage and walking to the hot spring pool, the sky was completely clear. I enjoyed the hot spring while watching the snow-capped mountains. It was a beautiful experience. It was just that the hotel heating was too hot. It was so hot that I drank 4 or 5 bottles of water and was still thirsty.

This was the most satisfying hotel on our Xinjiang trip! I still trust the Nianhua Bay brand. We were unlucky to encounter heavy rain amidst the beautiful scenery, but it offered a unique charm – it rained when we got in the car, and stopped when we got out, perfect for photos. The winding mountain roads of the Sky Grassland in the thick fog were a bit scary though! The hotel's family room made us never want to leave. Abdul, the Kazakh young man, was handsome and enthusiastic. The hotel concierge promptly helped us book our self-driving tour tickets, which was such a thoughtful and convenient service. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The farmhouse behind room 2203 made us truly envious!

The environment here is fantastic, and the room's oxygen supply was top-notch. The service was excellent too; they even upgraded our room for free! We decided to extend our stay right after checking in. The room was much more spacious and brighter than it looked in the photos, and everything else was great. My only minor issue is that I'm a light sleeper and quite sensitive to noise and brightness. The light from the mirror's switch felt a bit too bright for me. I hope they might consider providing disposable earplugs and eye masks in the rooms in the future.

If you're driving, you'll need to pay an additional ¥75 for a self-driving ticket. The hotel rooms are spacious, pet-friendly (cats and dogs are welcome), and there are many restaurants nearby. The location is also excellent; it's only an hour's drive to Sayram Lake, making it a perfect stopover. There's a very delicious restaurant nearby called Toksun No. 1; I highly recommend it.
