A very beautiful hotel, except for its somewhat remote location, everything else is great. Regarding the guest rooms, I would appreciate it if the bathroom near the entrance had hand soap and hand towels; otherwise, it felt very inconvenient. Most people wash their hands and rinse their mouths immediately upon entering a room, and without hand soap or anything to use, you have to go into the master bedroom's bathroom to find these items, which is a bit frustrating. How could a hotel with such excellent facilities overlook these small details? The private hot spring had good water flow and temperature, and you could even smell the characteristic mineral water aroma. However, the hot water came out very slowly from the sink, and the shower water was inconsistent in temperature. Finally, the TV couldn't play any programs due to a persistent network problem; I ended up only being able to stream content from a mobile app.
Located just a 15-minute drive from the airport, the hotel offers 24-hour airport shuttle service. The hotel staff were very friendly, the rooms were spotless, and there was 24-hour diffused light in the rooms. They even helped print documents upon check-out. I will definitely stay at Banlan Hotel next time!
Room hygiene: I smelled something as soon as I entered the door. The concierge said that it would be fine if I opened the window for ventilation. I guess it is a common phenomenon. When I entered the bathroom, I found a curly hair on the bathtub, and then I found another one on the toilet. I reported it to the front desk to clean it again, and then we went to take a hot spring bath. As a result, the two foreign objects were still there after we came back from the hot spring bath. I reported it again to the front desk and was told that the room had been cleaned again, which shows that their hygiene standards are there. Finally, the room was arranged to come again and take a hair remover to remove it.
Breakfast: There are many varieties and the supplementary meals are also timely, but there are many people and you need to wait for a seat.
Environment: In the river valley grassland, you can see sheep, horses, and streams on the hillside opposite the door, but there is construction around.
Facilities: The sound insulation of the sewer pipe is not good. It may be that the upstairs is using water. The sound of water in our room on the first floor is very loud. Please be cautious if you have poor sleep and need to go to bed early.
Others: The toiletries in the room were very useful, the outdoor hot spring was not open, mushrooms grew on the chairs in the indoor hot spring, and they were not cleaned. After taking a bath in the hot spring, I couldn't find the service staff to open the cabinet door to get clothes.
This is a hotel that feels as warm as home. The environment is elegant, the facilities are complete, and the check-in and check-out procedures at the front desk are efficient and fast. However, there are a few problems, breakfast is too little and the taste is average. 2 No one told me about parking whether it was check-in or check-out. Although I paid 7 yuan for parking, I didn't pay much, but I would know it anyway. 3 I came to take the exam. I wanted to go to bed after lunch early. The front desk made a mistake in the robot door. I called the front desk robot to get it. I replied with a good word in front, and the tone was obviously impatient. I don't want to pick a problem.
I stayed at the Wyndham Garden Airport Hotel on a business trip this time, and the overall experience was fantastic!
Upon entering the hotel, the staff greeted me warmly, helped with my luggage, and quickly checked me in, instantly relaxing my tired body and soul. The room was cozy and the bedding was soft and comfortable. All my fatigue melted away the moment I lay down, and the fragrance was truly wonderful! I loved it!
The hotel is in a great location, right near the airport, and offers free airport transfers, which is a real plus for someone like me who's rushing to catch a flight. Furthermore, there are numerous snack bars and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to get groceries and eat.
The breakfast was delicious and varied, catering to every taste. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling; you can't go wrong!
My self-driving journey to the winter wonderland of Narat left a wonderful impression. The guesthouse was right by the river, offering excellent views of the snow-capped mountains and expansive vistas. The spacious parking lot made parking a breeze, perfect for drivers. I arrived just in time for a heavy snowfall, and the grasslands and valleys were blanketed in white. Opening the window revealed a breathtaking panorama of ”thousands of miles of ice and snow,” a truly magnificent sight. Walking along the riverbank in the snow, the crunch of snow underfoot and the rising steam from the nearby stream felt like stepping into a fairytale. Even more amazing was the night sky. Free from urban light pollution, the Milky Way stretched across the sky, clearly visible to the naked eye. Sitting on the terrace wrapped in a blanket, gazing at the stars with the silhouettes of distant snow-capped mountains instantly soothed all my fatigue. I also want to thank the owner for the thoughtful afternoon tea and hot drinks; the service was impeccable. The room was warm and comfortable, and they even shared some less-traveled winter driving spots. This snowy, starry night trip was definitely one of the most unforgettable self-driving experiences I've ever had. I highly recommend it!

There are many art paintings hanging in the corridors of this hotel. It looks very artistic as you walk along. The laundry room is also good, with several washing machines that can be directly dried. There are also many exquisite little things on the shelves in the lobby of the hotel, which makes people feel pleasing to the eye. The room is also relatively warm, with intelligent equipment, and it is relatively fashionable, and looks like a newly opened store. The parking lot under the hotel is quite large. I asked the front desk whether there is an underground parking lot. If you come here in winter, it is a good choice
I was worried that the windowless room would be depressed, but I was completely worried! The lighting design of the room is very soft and warm and especially warm. The front desk lady sister service is super intimate, took the initiative to help upgrade the room type, and also sent fragrant pears. Stayed for two days, the room was dry and smell-free, and the cleaning was very timely. I really like this hotel!
The hotel is indeed close to Tianshan Tianchi, which is a plus. There are also the following problems. The facilities are a bit old and need to be renovated. The hot spring water quality is not good, it is very dirty, and the bath towels are hung everywhere. The hotel breakfast does not match the hotel grade. The only thing that tastes good is boiled ramen.
The most important thing is the service. It can be said that the hotel basically has no service. Maybe it is too busy and the service staff are a little emotional, or maybe it is the only hot spring hotel in the surrounding area, but every customer is innocent, and there will always be competitors. I hope the hotel management will pay attention to this issue.
Come to Altay to play by chance on the platform to see the photos of this hotel on the platform, I feel that the design and decoration are very tasteful. After I checked in, I found that the real thing was exactly the same as the promotional photos and I even felt better! Because this hotel makes me feel different, the boss in addition to the dedication in the decoration and the intimate service of our housekeeper after the stay, such as the breakfast housekeeper will ask us in advance about what time we will get up and help us prepare in advance, but also intimately sent hot coffee! Also helped me introduce how Altay can play and we can go to Hemu from the entrance of the Ayu Highway not far away. In short, if you take the Ayu Highway, you can live here as the best choice. There is also a Nogaite village around to go shopping.
In addition, we are a big bed room, really big, I feel that the room is about 60 square meters, can work, there is a big bubble pool to take a bath, our room is still a big floor-to-ceiling window, winter can see the outside snow scene through the window, bonfire, fireworks, Super romantic and the experience of the hotel I used to live in is really different! Especially good! Come back next time! By the way, the room number we booked is 209!

AAnonymous UserOMG, my friend recommended this place to me. The hot springs in Shawan are really good in winter.
It was cloudy when we first set out. As time went by, the closer we got to our destination, the clearer it got. Until the sun broke through the clouds, the sky gradually became blue.
Along the way, there were fields covered with snow, and the beautiful scenery of snow-capped mountains in the distance.
The hot springs here are sulfur springs. The outdoor hot springs are surrounded by mountains on three sides. The air is filled with curling water mist and the smell of sulfur.
After putting away the luggage and walking to the hot spring pool, the sky was completely clear. I enjoyed the hot spring while watching the snow-capped mountains. It was a beautiful experience.
It was just that the hotel heating was too hot. It was so hot that I drank 4 or 5 bottles of water and was still thirsty.
AAnonymous UserService: Absolutely fantastic! They helped with my luggage at the entrance and even carried it to my room – incredibly welcoming.
Cleanliness: The room was spotless and very comfortable.
Facilities: Smart technology, heated bathroom, and a hot spring area – just let us know in advance to enjoy it.
Garden-style architecture, a very generous breakfast in the morning, and complimentary snacks and drinks in the room.
GGuest UserAs soon as you enter the hotel door, you can smell a faint fragrance. The hotel lobby is very distinctive. The room is decorated in a Chinese style. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly. You can sleep until dawn. The front desk staff patiently answer various questions throughout the whole process. The breakfast is rich in variety. There is a parking lot at the door. It is very convenient. Xiao Nu at the front desk has a very good service attitude, and it feels very comfortable to be able to solve problems quickly 😌

JJiajiachichihehediandianzanI give this hotel 4.5 and my husband gives it 3.5. We both deducted points because the location is a bit remote and there is no takeout.
but! ! ! ! ! ! ! Sisters can rush without thinking! Because I went there during the off-season, I couldn't imagine how busy it would be during the peak season. The scenery of this house is absolutely amazing!
There is a ski resort next to this hotel, but I didn't see many people skiing until I left, and I didn't hear anything at all when I was dozens of meters away. Really quiet!
Dinner at the hotel's restaurant at own expense. It’s really delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant’s steamed chicken. It’s completely different from the big plate chicken. In the transparent restaurant, you can see the chef working hard to make delicious food. It tastes good ~ 100 points. If I must give a little advice: I hope the tofu in the beef soup is silken tofu, that is, tender tofu. People from Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai don’t quite understand the point of old tofu soup... But the taste is really good. If it is silken tofu, I will give it 10,000 points~
Picture 5 is the small terrace on the balcony. Friends who come here in summer are so lucky. Crying 😭😭😭, he has a terrace at night to look at the mountains and stars, and have some midnight snacks, This is life. It is truly a priceless highlight of life.
Taken casually with a mobile phone without any filters, what a paradise on earth this is. I hope the price won't increase too much next time I go. So beautiful!
If you want a mature business environment nearby, don't choose this one. If you are here for leisure and have high requirements for beautiful scenery, delicious food and good service, you can choose this one without a doubt. Be sure to remember to open your phone and check the direction of the driver's seat about one minute after leaving the hotel. I didn’t take the photo and I really regret it. It was so stunning, the sun shining on the golden mountain!
Sisters, if possible, you must go for this room with a balcony without hesitation. Then they have hot springs, but I didn't go there, so I can't comment. It looked like there was a lot of atmosphere and the private hot springs were pretty high-end. It's best to prepare clothes for bathing. I didn't bring anything, so I didn't go. Otherwise, I could have experienced the beautiful atmosphere of mountains and snow outside the window and life inside the window.
XXiaokekeThis hotel was the most expensive and also the worst of my Xinjiang trip. Pros: It's located inside a scenic area, so you need a ticket to enter. If you can't get a self-driving ticket, the hotel can book it for you. Cars are parked in the outer parking lot, and there are shuttle buses. Inside, it's all individual buildings, like a small village, with milk tea shops and coffee shops. Cons: I don't know the purpose of the outer courtyard; you can't see any scenery there. It's all enclosed by walls, just a bunch of grass attracting mosquitoes. The pictures on Ctrip didn't show a mahjong table, but our room had one! I don't know what the point of this mahjong table was. There was a sofa, a table, and then another mahjong table, right next to the bed. There were only two of us; who was going to play mahjong?! The mahjong table was in the middle, which was very in the way. Even though the room was big enough, I couldn't open my suitcase (it was impossible to walk if it was fully open). I immediately asked the front desk why there was a mahjong table, either to change my room or to move the mahjong table away. The answer I received was that the mahjong table couldn't be moved, and there wasn't one in the room either. So I called Ctrip to ask them to resolve the issue. Ctrip was very helpful and contacted them on my behalf. Before I even received a call from Ctrip, the hotel front desk called to say they could change my room. I was baffled and furious, especially since it was late at night. The new room was a little smaller than the previous one, but there was still no mahjong table! I could even open my suitcase! I don't even know if they used ten sheets of toilet paper. Is 2000+ RMB hotel toilet paper really that expensive?! (Pictures 1 and 2 are the first room, picture 4 is the room after the change, picture 3 shows no toilet paper)
GGuest UserI went to Sailimu Lake to take a break with children, so I took a break in Hot Spring County. The hot spring county is not big. The conditions are just these. At the beginning, I didn’t want to stay in this hotel, because the corridor was a bit dark, the children were timid, and the front desk attitude was still very warm. I didn’t hear that we didn’t go to live and hung up our faces. The hotel on the mountain in Hot Spring County found that it was even worse. The hotel was darker and felt wrong in all aspects. Because there was no popularity in the off-season, I still came back to live in this hotel. 😂
Breakfast is also very good, the chef who makes breakfast is also very enthusiastic to help us warm milk and the like
Facilities: toilet or smart toilet
