My overall stay far exceeded expectations, definitely a five-star experience! The room cleaning was meticulous and thorough, with no dust in the corners. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and there was no musty or strange smell. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and the soundproofing was excellent. It was quiet and peaceful at night, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The front desk staff were gentle and patient, and check-in was efficient. They promptly answered all my questions. The surrounding area is very convenient for dining and getting around, with complete amenities. The price was fair with no hidden costs. This is now my top choice for accommodation, and I've already saved it!

On my way to Sayram Lake, I saw many positive reviews online about Wenquan County, so I specifically made a trip to experience it. The hotel is located halfway up the mountain in Wenquan County, offering fantastic views overlooking the entire town. It's also very close to the bustling downtown area. From my room, I had an unobstructed view of the distant snowy mountains, with Kazakhstan just beyond them. The room also faced the lake in the park across the way. It's a great spot for a relaxing getaway. Soaking in the hot springs while gazing at the snow-capped mountains was truly delightful. I'd love to come back again!

The room facilities were clean and tidy, and the service was warm and attentive. However, the shower water temperature was a bit inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold. I'd suggest improving the laundry room by installing commercial-grade quick dryers. Currently, there are only three household-style washer-dryer combos, and each cycle takes at least three hours, which is quite frustrating to wait for. If you have enough clothes, it's probably better to do your laundry at the next hotel.

The cleanliness was impeccable. I got along really well with the staff (the ladies and gentlemen working there), which made me genuinely happy. They recommended great places and gave us tips for our trip. The hotel also offers dining options; even though we arrived very late at night, they still had food available, which was a huge relief. This trip was truly enjoyable. They even have ethnic clothing available at the hotel!

I have been here many times, and I feel it is good. It would be better if the food and beverage is enriched. The children had a lot of fun. It's just that the steam room and some entertainment facilities are not experienced. Maybe next time.

It's a duplex suite, very soundproof. The upstairs is a king-sized bedroom with a great view. There were many activities available as soon as we arrived. The hotel is very large, and there are shuttle buses to take you anywhere. We planned to have hot pot immediately upon arrival, but there were no tables left. We had missed our reserved time, so we couldn't rebook. We ended up eating at the plaza. Although the food there was slow and not very good, the atmosphere was nice with the performances on stage. After the show, we went to the complimentary hot spring. Even though there weren't many pools, it was still very relaxing. The next day, we woke up early and went to the Sky Grassland. After returning and resting, we checked out and went to the hotel's complimentary photo shoot. We paid 699 for a package for our child, which included a Uyghur outfit. This made up for her regret of not having taken photos during the trip.

Because I have to take the Ayu Highway, I see that it is not far from the starting point, and there is a family room. I chose this place when I looked at the facilities. The entrance of the hotel is with a bunch of express hotels. It looks small and makes people feel drummed. After entering, I found that there is no hole in the sky. The hotel has a sense of design and facilities are good, but the family room on the 6th floor is different from the picture, and there is no elevator on the 6th floor. You need to go to the first floor. Finally changed the family room on the 5th floor. The hotel's service needs to be improved. I didn't call in advance. After I arrived, I said that the dinner should be set in advance. Later, I made a set meal after negotiation. The set meal was very affordable. The breakfast was served. The small oil cakes were especially delicious and the coffee was delicious. Overall, the design hardware is good, and the service needs to be improved.
