This stay left a lasting impression on me. The location is excellent, close to the airport. Our room was spacious, the service excellent, the room clean and tidy, and the facilities were new. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff was friendly and professional, and the experience from check-in to check-out was wonderful. It was excellent value for money. The room was clean and tidy, with a well-organized layout. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundlessly. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the soundproofing was excellent, completely blocking out any outside noise. I used the hotel's gym, which was very new and well-maintained. The breakfast was extensive, combining both Chinese and Western cuisine.
I checked in on December 31st. That day I had a high fever and couldn't eat anything. Around 10 or 11 am, I called the front desk to ask for a bedtime sweet soup to be delivered to my room. The front desk said it wasn't available yet and they would deliver it when it was available. Around midnight, it still hadn't arrived, so I called the front desk again. They said the kitchen was closed that day and they didn't have any sweet soup… Quite speechless. If they hadn't said they didn't offer it, I would have just ordered takeout. Making someone with a high fever wait for over an hour on an empty stomach is ridiculous!
The next day, the cantaloupe breakfast took almost half an hour to arrive, and then it was gone in seconds. It felt like this hotel hadn't had this many guests in a long time.
The hotel is built on a hillside, and the front desk and rooms are not in the same place. The parking area is far from the rooms, which is quite inconvenient in winter.
Regarding facilities, I booked a lake-view twin room, but there was no coffee table between the two beds. The only place to eat in the room was a dining table, but there were no chairs. I wanted to make hot tea, but there were no tea bags provided in the room.
The hotel is indeed close to Tianshan Tianchi, which is a plus. There are also the following problems. The facilities are a bit old and need to be renovated. The hot spring water quality is not good, it is very dirty, and the bath towels are hung everywhere. The hotel breakfast does not match the hotel grade. The only thing that tastes good is boiled ramen.
The most important thing is the service. It can be said that the hotel basically has no service. Maybe it is too busy and the service staff are a little emotional, or maybe it is the only hot spring hotel in the surrounding area, but every customer is innocent, and there will always be competitors. I hope the hotel management will pay attention to this issue.
I didn't tell me that there was no breakfast. I went the next morning. I had beef noodles and beef noodles. I didn't even have a side dish and eggs, and they were not freshly pulled noodles. They were machine noodles from plastic bags. There were more than a dozen people waiting in line, and there was no mood to wait.
Specially with the front desk to determine whether there is breakfast on the third day, the answer is that everything is normal on the third day, there will be breakfast, the result is that there is no beef noodles on the third day, the restaurant is not open, haha.
Specially set a room with breakfast, the result did not eat a meal, the front desk has a temporary notice. The experience is a bit poor.
OMG, my friend recommended this place to me. The hot springs in Shawan are really good in winter.
It was cloudy when we first set out. As time went by, the closer we got to our destination, the clearer it got. Until the sun broke through the clouds, the sky gradually became blue.
Along the way, there were fields covered with snow, and the beautiful scenery of snow-capped mountains in the distance.
The hot springs here are sulfur springs. The outdoor hot springs are surrounded by mountains on three sides. The air is filled with curling water mist and the smell of sulfur.
After putting away the luggage and walking to the hot spring pool, the sky was completely clear. I enjoyed the hot spring while watching the snow-capped mountains. It was a beautiful experience.
It was just that the hotel heating was too hot. It was so hot that I drank 4 or 5 bottles of water and was still thirsty.

I heard the hotel is quite expensive in summer, so coming in winter during the off-peak season was a good decision. It offers good value for money. If you're staying at the hotel and not planning to visit the Cloudland scenic area, you can ask the hotel butler to register you, and you can enter the park without buying a ticket.
The hotel's ski resort is also decent, with fewer people, making it a good spot to practice skiing. However, the magic carpet takes an awfully long time, which feels like a waste of time. You ski down quickly, but then spend ages on the magic carpet. The intermediate and advanced slopes have a cable car, but that also takes a while. If you hire a coach, this time is quite inefficient.
The room has both air conditioning and underfloor heating. It can get uncomfortably hot, so I had to open the door to feel comfortable. The courtyard is great for kids to play and dig in the snow. Overall, it's pretty good. Although the breakfast selection isn't extensive, it's enough to fill you up.
The biggest issue with the room was that the sink's drain would pool water, and the shower area had severe pooling too. Perhaps there was a design flaw during renovation. I always disinfect before using a bathroom, and when I rinsed the floor with the showerhead, I saw bubbles, which means it wasn't cleaned properly.
I couldn't upload a video because it wasn't over 5 seconds, so I could only provide screenshots for reference.
On the night of check-in, I noticed the water pooling before showering and asked the butler to send someone to fix it. A technician came, and it improved slightly, but the pooling persisted. After checking out, the hotel butler contacted me, and I honestly explained the situation. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and makes improvements.
Located just a 15-minute drive from the airport, the hotel offers 24-hour airport shuttle service. The hotel staff were very friendly, the rooms were spotless, and there was 24-hour diffused light in the rooms. They even helped print documents upon check-out. I will definitely stay at Banlan Hotel next time!
The room was very nice. Clean and spacious. We arrived at the hotel late at night.
The bed was very comfortable; we were exhausted and slept for four hours.
Parking was easy, with separate parking lots in front and behind. The security guard was very helpful; he pointed out parking spaces to us even late at night and patrolled the parking area.
The hotel includes tickets to Sayram Lake; be sure to tell the staff in advance. You can head directly to the north gate of Sayram Lake in the morning; the tickets are usually delivered on the way. At the north gate, register your license plate at the visitor center and pay a 75 RMB self-driving service fee per person. There weren't many people at the north gate; it was easy to enter.
The hotel provided breakfast, but we left at 7 am and didn't get to eat it.
I came to Shaya in the middle of the night to book a temporary room. I originally booked Venus next door. I read it wrong. I expected that the experience was not very good. The facade looks very general, but the interior is very unusual. The design of the room is duplex, very good. It is the best experience to come to Xinjiang this time. (With video) unexpected harvest.
The fly in the ointment is that the breakfast supply is not enough, I hope it can be improved.

The hotel is in the city center and very close to tourist attractions. In this hotel, I experienced elegance and comfortable life. Every corner of the room exudes comfort and warmth. The facilities are complete. The staff met my every need with meticulous care. The fresh and comfortable environment allowed my body and mind to be completely relaxed. Recommended to all friends who pursue quality and comfort.

HHuang-hRoom hygiene: I smelled something as soon as I entered the door. The concierge said that it would be fine if I opened the window for ventilation. I guess it is a common phenomenon. When I entered the bathroom, I found a curly hair on the bathtub, and then I found another one on the toilet. I reported it to the front desk to clean it again, and then we went to take a hot spring bath. As a result, the two foreign objects were still there after we came back from the hot spring bath. I reported it again to the front desk and was told that the room had been cleaned again, which shows that their hygiene standards are there. Finally, the room was arranged to come again and take a hair remover to remove it.
Breakfast: There are many varieties and the supplementary meals are also timely, but there are many people and you need to wait for a seat.
Environment: In the river valley grassland, you can see sheep, horses, and streams on the hillside opposite the door, but there is construction around.
Facilities: The sound insulation of the sewer pipe is not good. It may be that the upstairs is using water. The sound of water in our room on the first floor is very loud. Please be cautious if you have poor sleep and need to go to bed early.
Others: The toiletries in the room were very useful, the outdoor hot spring was not open, mushrooms grew on the chairs in the indoor hot spring, and they were not cleaned. After taking a bath in the hot spring, I couldn't find the service staff to open the cabinet door to get clothes.

GGuest UserThe environment of the homestay is great, the decoration is very careful, the room is very beautiful, amazing, and there is a terrace, very comfortable. The layout of the hotel is unique, the trail at the entrance of the store is full of hydrangea and other flowers, and the overall layout of the hotel is full of literary style. . . Special thanks to the handsome guy at the front desk. I received a warm call before I checked into the hotel. I upgraded the room type for free. After I arrived at the store, I went out to greet my luggage and send a fruit plate. . . The service is really great. After a day of playing, the elderly at home were tired and didn’t want to walk to dinner. They were also handsome guys who drove us to the restaurant opposite the hotel to eat, and then picked us up. Thank you, moved, and can give me such a high-quality service. It helped us travel perfectly and the experience was great 👍. The family is very satisfied, the breakfast is great, rich and nutritious. Five-star praise, it is recommended

AAnonymous UserService: Absolutely fantastic! They helped with my luggage at the entrance and even carried it to my room – incredibly welcoming.
Cleanliness: The room was spotless and very comfortable.
Facilities: Smart technology, heated bathroom, and a hot spring area – just let us know in advance to enjoy it.
Garden-style architecture, a very generous breakfast in the morning, and complimentary snacks and drinks in the room.
GGuest UserAs soon as you enter the hotel door, you can smell a faint fragrance. The hotel lobby is very distinctive. The room is decorated in a Chinese style. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly. You can sleep until dawn. The front desk staff patiently answer various questions throughout the whole process. The breakfast is rich in variety. There is a parking lot at the door. It is very convenient. Xiao Nu at the front desk has a very good service attitude, and it feels very comfortable to be able to solve problems quickly 😌

GGuest UserWe went back to Duku and stopped at Dushanzi for a rest. We stayed at Bingfeng. We saw the beautiful sunset as soon as we arrived. We were so lucky. The hotel has a beautiful environment. The terrace room we booked can see the snow-capped mountains and deserts. The dinner tasted good at 10 pm when we arrived at the hotel. The service staff were very gentle. We also gave souvenirs when we left the hotel. It was a great experience. I recommend it.

AAuuudreyyyThe stay was very comfortable, the room was warm and clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The decoration of the lobby and the room is very tasteful, and there is a big yellow dog in the hotel.
Xinjiang special breakfast is prepared every day, and each guest has a separate one. Can be delivered to the room. The coffee in the morning should be also a good coffee, it smells very fragrant, Miss Sister pulls the flower very beautiful 👍👍
The whole hotel car picks up and drop off, the airport, the station, the Jiangjunshan ski resort, all free pick-up, on call, Altay City taxi is very difficult, this is very good 👍👍 There is also a beautiful village in Nogaite four kilometers around. Very recommended 👍👍
