Family Friendly Hotels in Lanzhou

The location is super good, right in the city center, next to Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street. Not far from every attraction! And the disposable items in the hotel are good and easy to use. In short, the price-performance ratio is super high, and I will come again next time I travel! 👍👍 When I left, the front desk lady also gave me wet wipes thoughtfully.

The three most important things when staying in a hotel are: cleanliness, quietness and a good shower. Decoration is just the icing on the cake, these three points must be met. But the hotel I stayed in was only clean. The soundproofing is so poor that I can hear my neighbors watching TV and talking clearly. Even worse was the toilet problem. I could hear the neighbor flushing his toilet, but the smart toilet in my own room flushed automatically in the middle of the night when no one was using it, like a **. When checking out, I met a lady who was also complaining to the waiter about this, saying that she couldn't sleep all night because of the noise. Speaking of showering, I've been staying in hotels for more than ten years and travel on business more than ten times a year, and I've never encountered such a bad one. The amount of hot water is very small and the water temperature is not high enough, so I can't wash at all. Also, the window in my room is still broken and can't be closed. It was a very cold day, and the cold wind kept blowing into the house, making it difficult to sleep at night. I really wonder why this hotel is rated so highly. I am posting this long review just to tell everyone the real situation. I hope you don’t fall into the trap. The experience is really terrible.

It is very close to Lanzhou West Railway Station, and the drop-off service is very convenient, which is the main reason why I chose this hotel. I went out for a walk at night, and there were many people dancing in the square, which was very lively. The room is relatively large, and the floor-to-ceiling windows have a wide view. It is just that it is far from the lobby to the elevator, probably because the two hotels share a building. There is beef noodles for breakfast, which is good.

Another wonderful experience at Mercure, but this time is at Lanzhou. The hotel chain is very consistent internationally, high standard, quality service, good smell, nice lighting, and great location. This one is 1 min walk away from the famous night market, and 10 kuai taxi ride to the most tourist attractions, and main train station. The breakfast provided is free and delicious. They can host foreign passport holders. Recommend!

The location is great. It's in the old street and very convenient for shopping and eating. The hotel is decorated in a high-end style. The entrance and lobby are also very photogenic. The room is spacious and clean, especially the bathroom sink area. The front desk lady saw that I was with my child and specially arranged a quieter and warmer room with special slippers and toothbrushes for children. During the whole stay in the store, any problems encountered were answered and solved satisfactorily. In particular, the front desk lady C was there from the time I checked in to the time I checked out. She patiently answered questions and her service attitude was very good👍

This beautiful boutique was our little heaven and refuge for us during our roadtrip through China. What made our stay outstanding was the wonderful welcome and the invaluable help we got from Suzy, our English speaking host and one of the supervisors. Her English is amazing and she sorted out all our problems and fulfilled all our wishes we had. Rarely had such an excellent support , she made our stay in Lanzhou one we will remember 🙏 Apart from this the hotel is brand new, beautifully designed (we loved the smell in the lobby!!) and had really everything we needed (an amazing laundry room too !!). Walking into the room of Atour Hotel, I was immediately attracted by its spaciousness and cleanliness. Every detail in the room seemed to be carefully taken care of. I put down my luggage and walked to the window, and an amazing super night view immediately came into view. The lights of the city flickered like a sea of ​​stars, and the Yellow River was downstairs. It was the right choice to choose this hotel. The next day, I was about to pack up and go out, and I heard a knock on the door. I opened the door and a smiling staff member stood outside the door. Her name is Kaiyan, and she is the aunt in charge of cleaning the room. She gently asked me if I needed help and asked if I needed to clean up. I said I could clean now. She was skilled and gentle, so I packed up and went out. While tidying up the room, Kaiyan noticed the clothes I soaked in the basin. She took the initiative to help me wash them. She not only washed the clothes cleanly, but also carefully helped me iron them flat. When I came back and saw those neat and new clothes, I couldn't help but feel a warm current in my heart. Kaiyan's service is not only considerate, but also full of care. Her smile and enthusiasm made me feel at home. I spent several wonderful nights in this spacious and tidy room. Whenever night falls, I will sit by the window and enjoy the charming night view. Kaiyan's attentive service adds a touch of warmth and comfort to my journey. I sincerely thank her and the hotel for providing me with such a wonderful accommodation experience.

Super convenient location when arriving late at the airport. Both as a overnight flight stay, and also before going to Lanzhou city! They have free airport shuttle! (In the mornings anyways). Which I managed to catch. Otherwise it is walkable to the airport at just 1 kilometer from the airport!

Very good, the laundry room is oversized all season, and it is much more convenient to travel. It just snowed here, and the clerk also piled a small snowman at the door, which was very cute.

Better than expected, the front desk service is warm and patient, the room is very comfortable, it is also close to Wanda Mao, parking is free, and I will choose to live here. This stay experience is quite good.
