GGuest UserThis stay experience is super satisfied! Miss Wang at the front desk smiled warmly, took the initiative to help ask for information, and needed items can be delivered in time. The sheets in the room are white and wrinkle-free, the bathroom mirrors and countertops are polished brightly, the air conditioning is fast, the mattress is just soft and hard, and the children use things very well. Lie on it as comfortable as at home ～

GGuest UserA young line of a well established chain hotel group. Very good location and the decorations are modern. Breakfast is western style and the room is compact with a french touch. Don't book any room without the city view because the others are facing the wall of the next building. The hotel building is quite old though the rooms are newly furnished. I was surprised it's a pet friendly hotel.

一進大堂就感覺很有設計感，燈光和氛圍都很有電競那味兒，前台服務也很熱情，辦入住速度很快，態度特別好，讓人第一印象就很棒。
房間整體乾淨整潔，細節做得很到位，沒有一點異味。電腦配置很給力，顯卡、內存、顯示器都很專業，玩大型遊戲非常流暢，不卡頓不掉幀，鍵盤鼠標手感也很好，外設都是大品牌，用起來很順手，對電競玩家來説真的很友好。網速也很快，下載遊戲和在線對戰都很穩定。
床很舒服，枕頭也很軟，隔音效果不錯，晚上玩累了休息得很好，不會被外面的噪音打擾。洗浴熱水很足，水壓穩定，洗個熱水澡特別解乏。
位置就在蘭州中心附近，周邊吃飯、逛街都很方便，樓下就是商圈，出行也很便利，離地鐵站、公交站都不遠，去哪裡都很方便。

This stay was perfect. From getting off the plane to leaving, every link made people feel the hotel's intentions.
🚗 The free pick-up and drop-off service is too intimate: I received the hotel's detailed pick-up confirmation message before departure. The driver was on time and professional. He took the initiative to help carry the luggage along the way, instantly eliminating the fatigue of the journey. Also drop off on time when leaving the store, seamless connection, for guests with luggage or family outings, this service is definitely a huge plus!
🛋 Surprise room type upgrade: When we checked in, the front desk staff took the initiative to inform us that we had upgraded the room type for free. The new room is more spacious, the view is excellent, and the details are very particular. This unexpected surprise made us feel value for money instantly and the journey was more pleasant.
👏 The front desk service is warm and professional: the front desk team must be specially praised! From check-in to check-out, every staff member smiles kindly and actively assists. Whether it is consulting travel information or asking some needs, they can quickly and thoughtfully solve them and truly make them ”home away from home”.
📍 The hotel is conveniently located and the facilities are clean and comfortable. This stay has become particularly unforgettable due to these details, and the price is very high. I will definitely choose here again next time and recommend it to my friends!
