Hygienic: The sanitation is very clean, the room area is also very large, it looks like 50 square meters, the hot water is very sufficient, the shampoo is very easy to use, and the taste is more like.
Environment: The hotel environment is generally good, there is a breakfast room on the first floor, there is a wine area, the customer has been asked to sign a contract at the hotel, and the front desk provides tea.
Service: The hotel service is a boast. The hotel has no pick-up and drop-off service at present. The hotel manager heard that we just tried it and sent us to the airport with her own car. I was very satisfied with the feeling. I will be at his home on business trips in the future.

They upgraded me to a 'Starlight' room, which was fantastic, I really appreciate it! 👍 The cleanliness and overall setup of the room were great. There are plenty of restaurants and Lanzhou specialty snacks nearby. The room's design has a 'light luxury' feel to it, and the view is excellent – you can see the entire old street, and it's absolutely stunning at night. They offer free parking, a free self-service printing area, and a complimentary laundry room and gym. Very satisfied!

NNamucuodeyuWe took our parents and kids on a family trip during the May Day holiday. The hotel was located in Xigu District, just a short walk from the highway exit. It's a bit far from the city center, but parking is convenient. Wanda Plaza is right next door, and Chen Ji Lanzhou Beef Noodles, which is delicious, is downstairs. As for the hotel environment, it's one of the best I've stayed in among many branded hotels. We booked a family room and a double room. The family room had a children's play area, a small toilet seat, a bathroom footstool, and children's slippers—they couldn't have been more considerate of our little one. It was very cozy, and our child had a great time and said they wanted to come back. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. After showering and washing away the fatigue of our trip, we lay in bed and asked Xiaodu (a smart speaker) to turn on the TV and change the curtains. We also asked the butler to bring us a bowl of porridge for dinner—it couldn't have been more comfortable. Although it was just a short stop in Lanzhou, the hotel experience was very satisfying. One last suggestion: the breakfast could be more varied; not every customer wants to go out for beef noodles. 😀

LLinglong724I chose this Hilton Garden Inn for my business trip to Lanzhou, and the overall experience was fantastic! The location is excellent, with convenient transportation and plenty of amenities nearby. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was also excellent, allowing me to fully relax after a busy day.
The staff were warm, professional, and courteous. Room service was prompt, and they paid great attention to detail. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, blending Chinese and Western options, and the local specialties were authentic and tasted much better than expected. The hotel's overall environment is elegant, and the facilities are well-appointed, perfectly suiting my business travel needs.

The front desk staff smiled during check-in and even proactively upgraded my room. The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding that allowed me to sleep soundly until morning. The bathroom facilities were new, and the hot water came quickly, washing away all my fatigue. Breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options, and the freshly prepared beef noodles were especially delicious. The location is also very convenient, only about a ten-minute taxi ride to the attractions. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit and have already recommended it to my friends! Excellent value for money, highly recommended!

Cleanliness: The cleanliness was excellent, very clean, and very comfortable.
Environment: Since it was included in the flight ticket, I wasn't expecting the ambiance to be so nice. The large windows were amazing. We were on the 7th floor, and when we woke up in the morning, the sunlight streamed in, creating a beautiful light.
Service: The service was also excellent. They took us to the 7th floor and opened the door. We landed at 12:00 PM, and they picked us up. We were also catching the high-speed train that morning, so they took us directly from the hotel to the station.

Service: The attitude of the service staff was very good. They took me to see the room immediately. After paying the price difference, I changed the room. There are windows to diffuse the smell.
Hygiene: The overall hygiene is good. There is a smoke exhaust vent outside the room. I suspect that the smell from the hot pot restaurant downstairs has passed through.
