五一帶父母孩子全家出行，酒店在西固區下了高速走一截就到了。離市中心比較遠，但是方便停車，旁邊就是萬達茂，樓下就是陳記蘭州牛肉麪非常好吃。再説酒店環境，這是住過很多品牌酒店最好的酒店之一了，我們定的家庭房和大床房，家庭房有孩子的遊樂設施，還有小馬桶圈，衞浴腳蹬，小童拖鞋，為寶貝想的不能再周全了，特別温馨，孩子玩的很開心跟我説以後還想來。床很舒服，淋浴也非常好，洗完澡洗去一身遊玩的疲憊躺在床上叫小度給打開電視換上窗簾，再請管家送上一份晚餐粥，再舒服不過了。雖然匆匆路過蘭州，不過這一份酒店的體驗是很稱心如意的。最後一點建議，早餐可以再豐富一些，不是每個顧客都願意出去吃牛肉麪的😀

因出差入住世家輕奢酒店，環境優美，衞生乾淨，服務人員熱情親切。
剛下的士，就碰到一位男服務員，很熱心幫我們兩個女孩子拎行李。
前台的小姑娘美麗、大方加親切，很熱心的問我們是否有什麼需要。
晚上我們吃完飯回來，還熱情問我們要不要吃點有熱粥之類的~
看到我們是商務出差，主動幫我們調整房間到靠院子的一側，不吵不鬧，安靜舒適。
我退房後在一樓大廳處理文件的時候，前台姑娘還熱情給我送上咖啡，好貼心啊！！
