We were a bit worried by the reviews for this hotel when we read them after seeing it would be our base for our family trip to Lapland, we needn’t have been. The hotel itself is beautiful, overlooking fantastic floodlit slopes at the ski resort. The bar and restaurant area was lovely and the food was excellent! A bit of something for everyone from kids options, to nice adult options (pork in a creamy mushroom sauce, beef stew, meatballs etc) and the odd local dish like pickled fish which was delicious! Service was excellent and the staff were nothing but friendly. Enjoyed the Sauna and gym. Pool a bit chilly, probably best used as a plunge pool in between saunas rather than an activity for kids. The rooms were modern and really well done. They even had drying cabinets for all your wet clothes at the end of the day. Would come here on a ski holiday it was so good!

Could be the best resort in Lapland BUT the level of service and facilities is six feet below average bad. Slopes are best in Finland but i do not recommend the hotel nor the cafe in the hotel. The food at the cafe was sold out several times. The restaurant is lacking personel. Overall terrbile and bad managed.

Séjour au Top dans un beau chalet, super bien équipé, propre, endroit très calme et agréable ! navette entre le chalet et l hôtel bien pratique… de nombreux équipements de qualités mise à disposition ( raquettes, skis nordiques et luges ) Équipe très agréable et serviable à l’écoute des clients et toujours avec le sourire Buffet matin midi et soir varié et bon Magnifique expérience

Au vue des précédents avis, nous avons eu quelques appréhension avant d'arriver à l'hôtel. Nous avons finalement été agréablement surpris ! Le personnel est très gentil et disponible, nous avons pu réservé les excursions facilement, les chambres sont propres, spacieuse et la vue de la chambre est magnifique, le buffet est variée, il y en a donc pour tout le monde. Un grand merci aux 3 réceptionnistes, aux guides chinois, à Luis le guide motoneige, Marie la guide aurore boréale, Latif le barman et aux chauffeurs des bus ❄️❄️❄️

Das Hotel liegt ca 2std von Rovaniemi entfernt, sehr abgelegen aber dadurch auch extrem schön! Wir hatten ein Challet, dieses war gut ausgestattet sauber und wohnlich. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca 40 min entfernt, es gibt keinerlei Möglichkeiten hinsichtlich Verpflegung und Aktivitäten außer die des Hotels. Zu den Aktivitäten, Ski-Schule und allgemein die Jungs am Ski-Verleih waren spitze und preislich mehr als fair. Weitere Atraktionen wie Skimobile fahren (20min fahren und 60minuten Würstchen grillen für über 400€ für 2 Kinder und 2 erwachsene) war mehr als Abzocke. Auch die Husky-fahrt war etwas anders präsentiert. Wir haben hier knapp 380€ für eine Fahrt von 7min bezahlt undzwar nicht mit Huskies sondern mit Rennhunden, ohne frage ist dies ein Erlebnis jedoch wurde uns im Hotel alles ganz anders kommuniziert. Vielleicht sind die Preise für Finnland normal, wir empfanden diese aber als deutlich zu teuer und nicht angebracht.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement au pied des pistes de ski. La vue est magnifique aussi bien des chambres que du restaurant. Possibilité de faire de superbes ballades en pleine nature... Le personnel est agréable et disponible. Les chambres sont propres (il faut demander pour le nettoyage). Tout est mis à disposition gratuitement et en toute confiance pour les activités annexes (raquettes, luges et ski de fond de très bonnes qualités). Un grand merci à notre guide Yolaine toujours prête à répondre à nos questions, à Alex notre chauffeur prêt à jouer avec les enfants, et Nicolas et Marku pour nous expliquer la culture et les histoires de Laponie! Nous revenons enchantés de notre séjour.

Je commencerai pas préciser que je ne retrouve pas les éléments négatifs cités dans les commentaires plus bas. L'hôtel nous plonge dans une magnifique nature finlandaise, calme et apaisante. Tout est fait pour que nous profitions de notre séjour à fond : prestations des chambres (grandes et donnant sur les pistes), personnels très souriants, disponibles, arrangeants, nombreuses activités proposées et encadrées par des guides travaillant avec l'hôtel, structures bien-être telles que le sauna et la piscine ( piscine certes pas très chaude mais parfait après le sauna), nourriture bonne, petites animations organisées par l hôtel (petit concert finlandais, karaoké...), Matériel de ski/raquettes de grande qualité mis a disposition tous les jours sur une grande amplitude d'horaire. Que dire de plus mise à part que je recommande fortement cet hôtel dans lequel j'ai passé une superbe semaine. Merci encore à toute l'équipe et à notre guide Yolaine que je recommande également :)

Нам понравился и отель и обслуживание. Персонал "на высоте".. Девушки в отеле стараются , как могут. Особенно хочется отметить Сани, которая работает в ресторане. Море обаяние и подход к каждому клиенту. Директор сам и "швец и жнец и на дуде игрец"))) встретил нас ночью, потом видела его и на кухне помгающим и снег расчищающим. Наше такси до Рованиеми не приехало вовремя, так директор лично искал другую машину, почему-то чувствовал в этом свою вину и даже поил нас бесплатным шампанским. Спасибо! Отель новый, современный.. вдали от цивилизации, но, это на любителя--кому подышать тишиной-самое оно!!! Природа захватывает дух! Еда в ресторане хорошая. И завтрак и ужин. В обед есть шведский стол, блюд не много, но, за 14 евро нечего носом крутить-в баре бургер 18! Вобщем, спасибо персоналу и всем ребятам организовывавшим наш досуг!
