The location is good but one thing we don't like is that the showeroom doesn't have an exhaust fan, there is a bit gap through the top window but it's still hard to air flow and breathe.

Arrived at 10:30 to find hotel empty. Then called to be transferred to security and provided instructions to go up a drive way and around back leading to after hours key safe. We spent 20 mins in the cold and had to idea what to do, all in all was stressful and confusing.

Hotel is well managed and clean, and rooms were large too. Minor thing about he sink in my room which was a little small and hard to use, as there was a ledge above it. Otherwise everything else is great.  Note that the carpark is onsite, but split into a few smaller sections.

Location is good, close to many restaurants and shops. They have plenty of free carpark space at the back of the hotel. Receptionist is very helpful and polite. Room is clean and comfortable.

Definitely coming back here. Room was beautiful and the staff were amazing. Restaurant was lovely as well as the staff there 10/10 for sure!

Decent stay. Location is a bit hard to get to especially if you're hauling large bags. Appreciated the earplugs that were provided for our stay but it was still pretty tough to have a good night's rest with all the random cars driving by late at night. If you're a light sleeper do consider requesting for a room facing away from the road.

Comfortable bed and good size bathroom although overall the room was much smaller than the photos suggested. Great location although travellers should note this is more motel style than hotel style accommodation over several levels with carparks in-between and may not be suitable for those who dislike stairs. There is also no guarantee you will get a carpark as there are less available than rooms, and upper levels on a very steep incline with a narrow entrance may prove challenging to some. When we arrived the restaurant was closed for the night but there were plenty of options within walking distance.
