Was a very bad experience. I went there with my mum and we choose to spend time inside the spa and also we choose some treatments. They first didn’t give us enough time then we had to do the massage separate, and after that because my mum went before me when she came back was closing time apparently they just drop her in the hall with all the bags and wet hair saying to her now it’s close. When I came back after my massage I was thinking she was enjoying the spa for the half an hour but in fact she was left in the corridor waiting for me since I started the massage. After that I had to change my clothes in the commonal toilet which wasn’t really a problem but we didn’t have even a hairdryer. We had to leave there with wet hairs both of us which did made us become sick in the afternoon. Also we called before going to ask what we need to bring qnd the lady said about bringing everything like towels bathrobe etc. which in fact we didn’t use nothing , but mostly they didn’t even say to us “oh it will be closing time , so perhaps bring your hairdryer “ or maybe something as “if we would like to change the time because we would have not have time to change properly “ they just told to us to get a room just to shower and change but they didn’t even explain to us. And we said why would we have to get a room for just 1 hour ? We could have used our hairdyer in the commonal toilet. Anyway very very very bad experience. Never go there. I just wanted to spend some time between mum and daughter.

Hotel 4 stelle??? Non credo! Sembra un grande hotel invece ho avuto una bruttissima esperienza. Solo la vista mare è carina. Camera sporca. Capelli a terra. Stanza piena di zanzare. Cuscini scomodi. Dicono di avere Sky ma non è vero. Alla spa non ti permettono di prenotare. Accedono solo gli esterni. Cassaforte non funzionante. Colazione non più di cornetti e uova insomma una grande delusione

We got in early to Catania and they let us check in right away. The Hotel is great location near restaurants and airport. THey had free shuttle service to the airport, a 1st for all of the other hotel;s we stayed at. SHuttles were prompt and courtious. We did not eat there. Wake up call came on time. Only negative, the room would not cool down. It was set for hours and only went down 1 degree. THe bar fridge did not cool either. There were no ice machines that was the norm for Italy and Sicily.

The hotel is perfect for enjoying the sea and is very comfortable in the centre. The structure is new and very clean. The price quality was excellent. The rooms are well furnished and with the refrigerator. Also very recommended for a varied and abundant breakfast. The staff, all young, is innocent. The windows of the first floor are very small. I liked it and I hope I'll be back soon.

Stayed here on the first 2 nights of our holiday in Sicily. We got there very early and they had our room ready, which was very convenient since we arrived quite exhausted because of the flight. The room was clean, not too large but what can you expect with a boutique hotel. The hotel had a very comfortable temperature, nice and cool compared to the outside temperature. The airconditioning worked very well, within a few minutes the room seemed to be cooled down already. Staff was friendly and welcoming as well. The only point of improvement would be the breakfast choices. For someone who is not a fan of meat and cheese, there were only sweet pastries to choose from. Some vegetables and a larger choice of bread would've been ideal. In terms of location I think we couldn't have had a better location. It is on a walking distance from the city center and close to the station as well.

Hotel in a spectacular location with views of the Faraglioni. Clean and well maintained room, small but functional bathroom. Breakfast is excellent with a wide selection of sweet and jumping in the hotel bar. Excellent quality price ratio being out of season.

The hotel's own car park is a little expensive, depending on the model, up to 18 euros a day. However, there are a large number of public toll parking spaces on both sides of the road outside the hotel. No money for lunch breaks, up to 4.5 Euros a day, which is very cost-effective. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and our room had a small terrace facing the sea, and it was very comfortable to sleep at night while listening to the sea. The breakfast was very good, and there were some local Sicilian dessert snacks, which was especially satisfying. The hotel is about 20 minutes drive from the centre of Catania. Fortunately we didn't live in the city centre, but lived in a slightly remote but offshore hotel. (There is a road between the hotel and the sea, and friends who are particularly sensitive to noise can hear the sound of the car during the day). In addition, the swimming pool is open according to the weather conditions. When we go, it is raining and the pool is closed.
