設施：設施是不錯的，硬件都挺好
衞生：一貫的標準
環境：極差，房間煙味很重，5字尾的房間不通風，而且房間空調安裝在同樣不通風的中庭，什麼奇葩操作，變成空調把房間的空氣抽出到不通風的中庭，然後又把本來就不通風的中庭空氣又抽回來。這種房間怎麼住人？要求換房間還要收50的衞生費。還好後面攜程處理了。

第一次住覺得挺好，樓下停車方便也有早餐，但是第三次住的時候發現了排插口一直有電流漏電的聲音並伴隨有火花了，打電話給前台讓處理，結果來了是一個不懂電的阿姨，當時我就朦了，希望酒店注意這個問題別引起不必要的麻煩

在樂東縣住了幾家酒店，對比下來，就這家維也納酒店是我最滿意的，該酒店有以下幾點值得稱讚:
第一，服務特別周到，從前台到客房，所經歷的服務人員都特別友好而且很專業；
第二，環境很好，衞生乾淨整潔，房間隔音效果很好，特別安靜，住得很舒適；
第三，價格合理，相比同價位的酒店性價比更高；
第四，停車位充足且寬敞；
最後，維也納的酒店文化以及管理模式都做的非常好，以後出差還是首選維也納酒店。

酒店很好，乾淨，整潔，周邊環境綠化都很好，酒店前面就是廣場，早上起來看到這樣的風景一天的心情都會很好，晚上吃完飯還可以在酒店前面的廣場裏面散散步，看看花草的，總體很滿意。前台小哥哥小姐姐的服務很周到。工作人員態度也很好，以後有機會還是會選擇這個酒店的！

位置優越交通便利，房間採光不錯，衞生也搞的挺好的，酒店對面是個公園，酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住的很舒服。前台人員服務都很好，很主動，熱情。早餐不錯，品種多，晚上還有甜品贈送，個人覺得性價比蠻高的，推薦！

服務態度非常好，主要是價格實惠，性價比高，前台小姐姐在操作過程中，還會不斷和我溝通，非常專業，這是我住過最滿意的一次住宿了，還有免費的停車場供應，還有自助早餐，挺不錯的，而且酒店對面就是公園，晚上可以去公園那裡的廣場散散步，晚上也挺熱鬧，吃飯的地方也不遠，這是我第二次入住了，有種賓至如歸的感覺，酒店的裝修風格我也喜歡，有電車在這邊充電也方便，因為對面就是充電樁，可以説是無可挑剔了，以後會常來，這麼好的酒店也推薦給你們

這是我住過很棒的酒，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，而且周圍壞境也非常的漂亮還有免費的洗衣房使用，酒店對面還有充電樁，服務也十分周到，讓我真正感受到了，家外之家的温馨環境非常好，很值得入住，讓人感覺放鬆舒適，前台服務也非常熱情，值得推薦下次來這裏這家店也是首選，我肯定還會選擇這裏的😀😀
