It's suitable for both business trips and leisure stays. The staff were also very professional and patient, and any requests were handled promptly. I'll just make do for one night!"

"The child accidentally vomited on the bed and soiled the bedding. I anxiously called the front desk and the room attendant came quickly. I was worried that it would be too dirty and I didn't want to deal with it. Unexpectedly, not only did she not dislike it, I even let me hold the baby and rest on the sofa while she handled it by herself. I asked how to compensate for the soiled items, and she said don't worry, I will just take care of it and put you on new bedding right away. I was really touched to see such concern when I was out with my children. This hotel is really good, both the service and the environment are great 👍"
