Premier Inn Letchworth Garden City

Reham as receptionist, waitress and cook was excellent. Evening meal choice was poor, breakfast however was as expected

I was on a business trip to Letchworth Garden City. Got better than I presumed. Every thing was great location, service.

We have stayed here a few times now and know that we always get great service. On this occasion, there was a bit of a mix up over our room. This was most pleasantly and efficiently dealt with by Reham, who could not do enough to help us. She even gave us complimentary breakfast to make up for the hassle! Breakfast was perfect. Hope was our friendly server and Chef Tony cooked this individually for us, due to my food allergies. Quite delicious! Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean; we left feeling refreshed after a peaceful night's sleep. What an amazing bunch of people there are here. Thank you all, especially Reham. We'll be back soon!

Lovely clen hotel in central location close to train station and town centre . The hotel was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable had the best sleep I’ve had in ages . Had breakfast everyday £10.99 for the cooked eat as much as you want . The food was hot and plentiful with plenty of choice …two downsides were no fresh orange juice and the coffee was not very nice . The staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful we will definitely stay again when in the area .

Aileen the manager and her team are a credit to premier inn! The attention to detail is second to known and the personal touch and professionalism is always present when I stay there and needs be appreciated. Thank you and keep up the great work.

It's my second stay in a Premier Inn and they appear to be very consistent in that they have excellent, sumptuous beds, deep luxurious baths, clean and very easy check-in/out. Some may moan that they don't have a mini-bar (one episode of '4 in a bed' comes to mind) but such items only delay check-out. All you have to do at a Premier Inn is hand in your key card. If I'm travelling in the UK I nowadays always look for the nearest Premier Inn. The only thing I criticised, to reception, is the lack of a suitcase rack. I had to open my case on the floor. Not really a problem for me so much but could be for someone not so able.

I like what you get with Premier Inn - they are almost always comfortable, clean, and with a good breakfast option. This stay didn't disappoint. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was perfectly adequate.

I Just popped in for a coffee as I wanted to ask a favour. The staff here are really welcoming and helped me print something out. Sat and had a coffee and thought it’s a really clean and well lit. I live locally but would recommend this hotel for people. Many thanks

Didn't stay here but popped in for breakfast. The chap on the desk was very helpful and was happy to let me stay while my car was serviced. I took full advantage of the unlimited breakfast. Excellent value for the price I paid. So I will be back..
