After checking in yesterday, I put my luggage and went out to watch Princess Wencheng's performance. It was almost 12 o'clock when I returned to the hotel. When the security guard came to see it, I didn't know where I was climbing. We didn't find it for a long time, so we decided to change the hotel. At twelve o'clock in the middle of the night, I packed my luggage and went downstairs to check out, but the front desk still didn't have a word of sorry! He also said that I would ask Ctrip for the refund. After contacting Ctrip in the middle of the night, Ctrip went to the hotel to communicate, and unexpectedly said that we cancelled the room because of our breach of contract, and we have been staying for several hours, their security did not see the cockroaches and would not refund! Ctrip told me to continue to communicate, but as of this afternoon, I returned four or five calls and said that the person in charge of the hotel could not be reached. Was it really lost, or was it deliberate? This kind of problem-solving attitude is really bad. I have stayed in many hotels in Tibetan areas, and some of them have general hygiene, but no matter what, they have all the necessary service attitudes. This is the first time I have encountered it! Such a hotel is not recommended! And you questioned the selection of Ctrip. How did you get a high score of 4.6 for hotels that you can't even contact the person in charge? ! The hotel is too convenient. The Potala Palace on the left hand and the Jokhang Temple on the right hand are all a few hundred meters away. Could it be inconvenient? The hotel is located at No. 1 Yutuo Road, that is, the Lhasa Department Store location is very good. The hotel provides free parking, but the rooms are not well maintained and the walls are a little off. Everything is expensive in Lhasa during the summer, so the hotel is not cost-effective. , It’s almost four hundred. This kind of hotel is worth two hundred at most.

酒店就在布達拉宮廣場附近，步行去布達拉宮，八廓街，大昭寺都非常近。前台小哥還給免費升級了房型，清晨打開窗簾就能看見布達拉宮，非常壯觀。酒店設施還是有點老舊了，幾處都是壞的，水龍頭漏水，浴巾找服務員換過。床品倒是乾淨舒爽，空調也給力，早餐簡單但價格也便宜。在景區附近這個價格差不多吧，就是希望酒店設備設施再加強點就好了，位置方便程度都很好。

整體環境不錯，乾淨衞生，房間智能化，插卡取電後窗簾自動打開，有感應小地燈，晚上起夜很方便！前台小姐姐（沒記錯的話應該叫**）免費給我們升級了景觀房8889，直接可以看到布宮，葯王山和布宮廣場，超讚！因為我們是第一次來拉薩，她還提醒我們剛來的時候走路不要太快等注意事項，非常感謝！唯一有個小問題就是淋浴間的門比較難開關，會蹭地，每次都要使勁兒往上抬，才能開關，差點兒被關在裏面出不來😬

在宇拓街這邊，離布達拉宮和大昭寺步行即可，酒店設施還可以，有簡單早餐，停車方便，前台的女孩子接待很好，還出來幫忙看着停車。衞生間洗漱台很大，熱水量快大。不過有一點雙床房中間沒有插座不太方便。房間有個空氣凈化器嗎，不知道怎麼用，電視機後面的機頂盒如果能隱藏起來就好了，會顯得乾淨整潔些。
