Location is alright, five minutes walk to the center of Quartier Louis. The free airport shuttle is a great benefit.
The aircon remote control had a broken screen so configuring settings were next to impossible. The rain shower was broken and the hand shower in bad state.
At one point there was no water in my bathroom, I tried calling the reception 4 times without any answer so I had to get dressed and go there in person.
There’s a nightclub on the facilities which pounds music all over the place on weekends.

Stay well spent the service at the reception very friendly person well received on arrival until my departure the catering service very friendly welcome also the kitchen staff I ate very well (stay had a good time) I thank the staff for their kindness 👍

The room was comfortable and quiet, but severely lacking in sockets: impossible to plug in the kettle provided and no means to charge a phone (we were a couple!) or plug in a laptop. As for the restaurant for breakfast, it is very disappointing: no jam, no spread, no cold meats, no cheese, only butter to put on the bread. Coffee is powdered in pods, otherwise tea or chocolate powder. No napkins, even paper ones, only paper towels! In short, the breakfast is not worthy of a two-star hotel! I cannot honestly nor reasonably recommend this hotel. On the other hand, I recommend its equivalent Hotel Hibiscus Louis, which is much more suitable and has a better-stocked restaurant.
