The hotel service is very considerate and responsive to all requests. On the last day of check-out, because we had to catch a flight and there was no time to have breakfast in the hotel, the hotel prepared a bag for each of us in advance with homemade sandwiches, snacks and juice. There are many restaurants around the hotel. You can walk there. If you want to take a taxi, you can ask the front desk to help you call one.

Brasilia is definitely a cool hotel! And of course people make it so - the entire hotel staff is beyond praise - from the reception to the maids! It was so nice to go to breakfast, knowing that not only delicious dishes and carefully selected products, but also wonderful staff!

Our recent stay at your Hotel was a pure delight. The impeccable service, cuisine, and well-maintained facilities made it an unforgettable vacation. From the moment we arrived, the staff's warm hospitality stood out. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Beyond it the hotel's amenities and cleanliness were exceptional. The serene surroundings and attentive hygiene measures added to the overall comfort. Hotel at the highest level. Big thanks to all the staff. A very enjoyable stay and excellent food. The hotel is located right next to the beach. Hotel parking included in the room price, right next to the hotel.

This must be one of the best hotels for service, it is truly second to none. The staff cannot do enough for you, from the owners right through to the cleaners they are all excellent at what they do. The hotel itself is charming and comfortable, with a lovely pool area. If you stay here you will not be disappointed, its a wonderful experience and makes your holiday an exceptional one.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Really it was flawless. Such attention to detail. All areas spotless, food and drinks outstanding and also good value, and a beautiful pool area with big comfy loungers. Also plenty of sun beds on beach. Staff throughout the hotel were outstanding. Friendly, attentive service . We were in room 501. It was right at the top of the hotel with incredible views. Worth paying a little extra. Fresh beach towels in room every day. Other nice touch was that the receptionist took us up to our room and showed us round.Never had this before so another personal touch. Lido do Jesilo is built up but it never felt really crowded for some reason. Lots of lovely restaurants locally. I like to run a bit on holiday. Promenade is 11k so that was another bonus though need to go at sunrise as too hot later. We felt this hotel was exceptional and it fully deserves its positive reviews.

Very nice hotel, deserving of its 4 stars. We stayed in a Deluxe beach front room. Found the bed very comfortable with a good pillow selection. My wife found the matress a little had, so the nicely offered her a topper to soften it for her. Breakfast selection was excellent quality in the foods with a very wide variety. The wait staff are wonderful for their friendliness, service and dedication. The only negative thing I can say is that the airconditioning (even at minumum) was so loud we had to turn it off during the night. The bathroom is connected to the room via a transparent glass sliding door, so at night, if someone uses the bathroom and turns on its light, the whole bedroom is illuminated, waking the other person in bed.

This hotel oozes class. The beach location is stunning and free towels, sun beds and parasol are a bonus. This small hotel has rooms with lovely sea views and a breakfast that is the best you could wish for. The waiters are attentive, professional and helpful as are the reception team. Sara helped us to get a boat from the beach right into Venice harbour for our silver wedding anniversary. She’s a star! We will return
