On 5Sep (midnight)- The hotel manager at reception desk is bullying me with worst attitude and behaviour and force me to downgrade my Suite room into a standard room because hotel overbook.
Poor service and bad attitudes!!!! I need a fair reply by the hotel to follow up - please don't criticise people with
nationality…….

Located next to the university, there are swans by the lake, beautiful scenery, and close to the train station, shops, restaurants and supermarkets, very convenient. What’s even more unexpected is a small welcome gift🎁 in this cold☃️weather❄️ – warm cookies🍪

We had someone else's underwear left in the bathroom and the light/demister on the mirror in the bathroom didn't work.
The staff apologised but didn't really seem overly concerned

We had a lovely greeting at reception. The staff were great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bar is a nice place to drink as a good view of the waterfront. Would definitely stay again.

Very enjoyable stay at Doubletree Lincoln. Extremely comfy bed and very nice room. Breakfast in the electric restaurant gave amazing views of the Brayford wharf and Cathedral.
