The customer service completely terrible, no iron and board in room, they treat this hotel as a motel

Smelled, poor cleaning and was full of pimps and hoes. People fighting in the rooms and dogs barking. The elevator was out of service.

We spent a entire week and only got two towels , no soap or toiletries. Stop at the front desk and had to bring down the towel in order to get a new one . Also garbage you have to empty it yourself . This is not a hotel more like a shelter .

Front desk staff rude. A man in front does not need to work there. No good customer service. This is my second time encountering him at this location and it was a nice experience. I asked for a manager and he just laughed in my face

1. Smells like ****
2. No trash can in the bathroom, bathroom wasn’t cleaned
3. The floor in the room was nasty, my white socks were black within an hour
4. The smoke detector was covered with a towel.
5. The first night we stayed the tv wasn’t working
