There’s nothing to complain about this gorgeous hotel. From check in to check out, the service was fantastic on the hotel’s end. They take care of the luggage as you get off the car. After checking in, the staff walked us to our room and explained where everything was and to contact her if we needed anything. They made sure we had the right size robes and slippers for the kids and sent us a welcome fruit basket. The view was breathtaking. Beds and linens were soft and comfortable. The restaurants gave excellent service as well. Room service was fantastic. The water park food stalls are the only ones that were rude. The only other complaint I have is the staff that works at the breakfast buffet. When other restaurant guests cut in line, they still serve them instead of telling them to get in line. It’s a big culture shock as 9 out of 10 people here don’t get in line unless the staff insists and not serve them. The water park could use clearer signs. And some slides were closed due to staff shortage. That was a bit disappointing. The hotel swimming pool is beautiful. Night swimming was one of my son’s favorite part of the trip. We did the beluga whale encounter and it was so worth it. The staffs were really nice. That definitely made an unforgettable trip. At the end, the hotel even left us a gift of 2 stuff animal whales. So happy they gave us 2 so my kids can each have one. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are going to Sanya. FYI, you’re going to need translation app if you don’t speak Chinese because other than the staff that was assigned to help us, nobody speaks or understands English.

We had such a wonderful time at Shangri-La. From the moment we arrived in our taxi, everything made us feel so welcome. The resort has a great mix of adventurous activities and calm, peaceful areas, allowing us to enjoy the best of both worlds. We're looking forward to visiting again with our baby next time. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to our manager Dora, who responded quickly to all of our requests!

Our stay at the Westin Hotel was wonderful, special thanks especially to Lila, our room assistant. She promptly responded to all my inquiries and provided excellent recommendations for places to visit in Sanya. I’d also like to extend my gratitude to Calvin Han. He is super friendly and helpful, answered all my questions and even gave us suggestions on where to go with children. Definitely went above and beyond his role, providing exceptional service! Cuiye Yuan, our housekeeper, kept our room spotless every day & greeted us every morning. The entire staff was incredibly helpful. We will definitely return to the Westin Hotel in the near future. During this trip to Sanya, I chose to stay at Grand Hyatt Hotel in Haitang Bay, Sanya, which was undoubtedly a very correct decision. As a senior travel enthusiast, I travel between business trips and vacations all year round, and have my own insights into the hotel's service quality and facility experience. Grand Hyatt Hotel left a deep impression on me. Whether it is the overall environment of the hotel or the meticulousness of the service staff, I have benefited a lot from this trip. First, let me talk about the hotel environment. Sanya Haitang Bay is located in the southeast of Sanya City and is one of the most beautiful bays in Sanya. The hotel is surrounded by mountains and sea, covering a vast area, surrounded by green trees and sunny. As soon as you walk into the hotel lobby, you can feel a comfortable and comfortable atmosphere. The lobby is decorated in elegant style, with the fresh atmosphere of citrus and sea breeze everywhere. The public areas of the hotel are designed in a simple and elegant manner, whether they are swimming pools, gyms, restaurants or bars. The room I stayed in was the Supreme Sea View Room, which was very spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer views of the hotel's garden. The interior of the room is elegantly decorated, with exquisite furnishings, everything is available, the bathroom is spacious and bright, and is equipped with a separate bathtub and shower. Importantly, the bedding in the room was very comfortable and I slept very sweetly every night. In addition to excellent hardware facilities, the hotel's service is also excellent. Every service staff was enthusiastic and attentive, and left a deep impression on me without exception. May and Jasmine will take the initiative to ask me what I need, patiently answer my various questions, and ask me if I need anything else. The hotel can store my luggage so that I can hang out in the hotel with ease and pleasure. This kind of considerate service made me feel the warmth of being at home. Overall, the stay at Grand Hyatt Hotel in Sanya Haitang Bay was perfect. The beautiful environment, comfortable rooms, delicious dining and thoughtful service all made me praise it. I believe that as long as you choose to stay at Grand Hyatt Hotel, you will definitely have an unforgettable trip to Sanya like me. Next time I have the chance to come to Sanya again, I will definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to my relatives and friends.

This is an amazing luxury hotel by the Starwood Group. The interiors are breathtaking and we felt so pampered by the staff. Hospitality and personal touch by the staff were top-notch. Spectacular ocean view and it was a beautiful sight to wake up to every morning. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the birthday gesture by the hotel was also very thoughtful. Extremely satisfied and v well done!!

We had a great stay in Sheraton. Staff were very cooperative especially Olivia at the front desk. She guided me for everything. Resort has many swimming pools of different depths. Environment was like a home. Room was very beautiful without any smell. Breakfast was very delicious. Few things which annoyed us was the long queue to wait for breakfast outside the feast restaurant and no air conditioner in the Lobby. It was too hot and humid in the lobby and it was too difficult to sit there for few minutes. Over all our stay was good and we will go there again.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very modern, the rooms are excellent and food is decent. The kids club is very nice and there are fun activities for 3 year olds. Special thanks to JUSTIN who spoke very good English for us foreign visitors. He arranged all our wishes. The other staff does not really speak any English but they were all super friendly and welcoming and used translation app whenever needed. The only downside is that the road in front of the hotel is busier than we expected. When you are at the kids pool or other areas in the front, the cars passing can be quite loud.

The closest railway station to this airport is yalong bay railway station which is about 25 mins away. We had a seaview room, offering unobstructed views of the sea. Check-in was smooth, and there was even a small room with light snacks which guests can wait in if the room is ready. One of the hotel staff - Minnie - added us on wechat. She constantly checked in on us by asking us how our stay was / whether we had a good night's rest and provided prompt replies on when we asked her for any help via the platform. Lounge was amazing, with plenty of food during tea and evening canapés. Tea time could get a bit busy, but other meal times were fine. The lounge staff were excellent - Nikki, Suki, Mia, Lilly and Lillian were friendly and helpful and provided exceptional service. Would certainly consider staying there again if we return. 离酒店最近的火车站是亚龙湾火车站。打车的话大概需要25分钟左右。我们的房间看得到海边，风景非常的美。酒店得到沙滩。入住很顺利。 大堂柜台minnie加了我们的微信，入住期间会问我们休息得怎样。我们有问题问她他也会及时的回复。 行政酒廊下午茶跟行政酒廊食物都相当的丰富。比起早餐/欢乐时光，去下午茶的人可能会多一些。想表扬行政酒廊的几个员工 - Nikki, Suki, Mia, Lilly and Lillian - 态度非常的好。服务很棒也很友善。 下回如果有再去海棠湾一定会在住这里。

I usually don’t write reviews, but the exceptional service at Sangem Moon Hotel truly deserves one. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warmth and professionalism of every single staff member. Their friendliness and genuine care make you feel right at home. The hotel itself is immaculate, with spotless rooms and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service. A special mention to my butler, Chase, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Whether it was recommending places to visit or attending to every little detail in my room, he handled everything with professionalism and care. There was nothing he couldn’t do! I’d also like to thank Mori, the reception duty manager, for her excellent service. She speaks great English and took such good care of us, making everything smooth and effortless. Another person I’d like to praise is 符阿姨 from housekeeping. She cleaned my room so thoroughly—you can tell she takes her job seriously. She mopped the floor, made everything perfectly organised, and ensured the room was spotless every single day. I also have to commend the hotel management for training their staff so well. The level of professionalism and dedication from every team member is truly impressive. I know people sometimes get tired of overly positive reviews that sound too good to be true, but this is a real review from a real guest. The service here is genuinely exceptional, and you can feel the sincerity in how they treat their guests. Highly recommended!

The trip to Fairmont Sanya Begonia was very satisfactory, and the check in procedure was completed quickly. Leo Huang Yafei added my WeChat to share all the hotel special events. On the day of check-out, Leo offered to help apply for a late check-out. It was so kind to let us enjoy our final moments at the hotel more comfortably. Thanks to the considerate service of Leo Huang, I have a lot of warm memories in this trip.
