Hyatt Regency Hotel

The room is really great value for money. The hotel is located in Lipu City's most attractive area with lights all night long. The hotel room is very clean and the service staff is very responsible! To be honest, I didn’t take comprehensive photos of the room at that time, such as the balcony of the room and the decoration of the balcony. All in all it’s really worth the money!

We booked a hotel on the same day, and it was quite late, so we just found a similar hotel to stay in. As we were about to rest, we opened the quilt and saw stains on the bed. We were disgusted, so we called the front desk and asked them to change it. She said it was too late and her aunt got off work, so she brought us new sheets. As soon as we opened them, we saw that they were still dirty sheets with blood stains. Just..., the surrounding facilities could not keep up.

This is the most ridiculous hotel I have ever stayed in. There was nothing wrong with the room. I booked and paid online and checked out without any problems. But when I got home, the waiter called me with a bad attitude and asked me why. I didn't come to pay for the room, and I didn't apologize after I found out I made the wrong call. I will never check in again because of this. I checked out in the afternoon and called me at 9:40 pm. I gave a negative review because of this. It's just so infuriating.

住了8個晚上，水都是這樣黃色的，第七天早上停水，第八天晚上放了老半天沒有熱水，不但沒熱水，水還黃色的，接近棕色的黃水了，前台告知10點半來熱水，結果十點半熱水直接沒有，到11點有熱水了，水就是這樣黃色的，根本沒法洗澡，一塌糊塗

設施：5分｜空調暖和，熱水充足，室內空間大，裝修風格現代。 衞生：5分｜ 環境：5分｜酒店位於商業街道，旁邊有餐飲、便利店、超市、商場。 服務：5分｜前台態度好有禮貌。

差，差，差… 晚上到達的酒店，入住以後進了房間發現竟然沒有收拾，屋裡都是垃圾和污漬 入住的時候沒有熱水，説晚上十點能有，結果11點才來熱水。水龍頭出來的水竟然是土色的，整體體驗非常差！

洗手間洗手枱和淋浴水是黃的，非常黃。放了很久無比久超級久都是黃的，用的自己帶的礦泉水洗漱

設施：齊全，該有的都有，自有停車場 衞生：乾淨，舒適 環境：空間大，舒服。在市中心，吃行都方便 服務：服務挺好 性價比非常高，很安靜
