不愧是高檔點的酒店，服務一流👍🏻早餐是這家店的特色，有音樂家演奏和歌唱，值得一提早餐在兩個房間裏（一開始我以為衹有鋼琴那裡的甜品 後來發現樓梯另一側有酸奶和火腿這些），o1房間景觀很好，推薦！

這家酒店之前看網上評論説它有特色，我以為是古老色古香。現在住完，覺得它就是老舊，不僅燈光昏暗，還有點不太乾淨。這次我們在浴袍裏還發現了頭髮，嚴重懷疑他們沒有做好清潔。房間設備也很陳舊，一共衹找到兩個靠近門邊在地上的插頭，離床特別遠，特別不方便。房間空調已經調到30度最高温度，還是一點不冷。淋浴間的噴頭也每次用的時候，都會卡住拔不出來。我跟酒店反應了，找了兩個工作人員，來了就説是正常，他覺得一點問題都沒有。態度很差，一點表示歉意的態度都沒有。還有我有看到別的評論説，'在這家被盜，也是推卸責任。真的這個價位，這個酒店真的很不值。

The hotel is beautiful, charming and lovely. The room has character. Plenty of common areas to read a book, hang out, and enjoy the hotel.
The personnel is kind, charming, attentive, helpful, and extremely friendly.
This is the type of hotel I would return when visiting Lisbon.

Was drawn to this property because of the history and unique decorating of each room. Located in a convenient neighbourhood in old town. Staff were always welcoming and helpful. Room nicely appointed, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight! Great variety and quality. Sauna and roman bath was an added bonus! Wine tasting too. Would definitely stay here again! Our first night in Lisbon, the receptionist Carla gave us the warmest welcome we could have asked for. The hotel looked exactly like the pictures provided. The interior design was breathtaking, like no other hotel I’ve stayed in. I loved having breakfast with LIVE music as we ate. I can’t wait to come back and stay with them again.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Decorated with antiques and artwork. The staff are sweet, attentive and welcoming. Our stay was one of our best travel experiences. We highly recommend this hotel.
