I love this hotel employees have such good hearts they made my stay comfortable helped me a lot number 1 best hotel I have went to I recommend anyone looking for a hotel this is the hotel to go to house keepers very very sweet and will help with anything you need

Although I do appreciate the early check in. My parents had to be moved from the first room because the temperature was unbearably hot. The next room had a roach crawling around.
I was told management would contact me today, but no one ever did

The stay was nice. The rooms were very nice and large for my family. Our only issue is that the indoor pool has been closed since October. Our family loves swimming and was looking forward to it. So if you are anticipating swimming I would recommend calling to see if the pool is open first.

The USB plug didn't work in my room
12 cars were broken into meaning broken windows & cars ransacked for anything worth stealing
Fire alarm was going off because people were smoking in their room
2 of the days they barely had hot food they served sausage biscuits in a pack warmed in a microwave and some kind of breakfast biscuit also warmed in a microwave
Last day they didn't have coffee cups for coffee

The sheets on the bed smell were so fresh. I have never smelled sheets in a hotel like these. That won me over wil definitely be coming back.
