The check in process was very fast. The employees here are very friendly. The room was very clean. There is plenty of parking.

The customer service was very good. I was greeted and attended right away. The rooms were very clean. When it was near checkout time i was called and reminded in a friendly manner.

A lot of noise , people yelling , they kept mocking at my door asking that if I order food even thou they called on the phone and I said it was not me , o could not sleep .. terrible

There is no breakfast in morning, the room is not cleaning, tv is not full channels, not safely place around it. Building outside needs repairs and cleaning…

A guy got mugged near here ran in to get help and the hospital staff wouldn’t give him the time of day

On website they offer breakfast, Gym and they are not providing any of those. they don't give you any explanation about it.

We needed a place to stay that was convenient to a venue in downtown Paterson NJ. Location convenient and place was fine. But area very urban and rundown. It worked for us and they clearly try very hard to make it nice by plantings. Good parking. As long as you just need a place to stay in this area, it works fine.
