Perfect, had a lovely stay here. Great location for where I needed to be , the staff were very helpful and friendly.the room was big and spacious, spotlessly clean. There was room service if needed. Food in the restaurant was amazing great choice of drinks at the bar and a lovely court yard to sit out in. Highly recommend a stay here.

Everything is brilliant except for the location, which is very suitable for hiking and a free-gym session(with a luggage)

The room was spacious and modernly designed. I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities provided, including a refrigerator, slippers, a coffee machine, and conveniently located power sockets behind the beds. However, the bathroom design was quite impractical. The shower temperature fluctuated between hot and cold, likely due to low water pressure since we stayed on the 15th floor (the top floor). The sink and hangers also seemed poorly thought out, as if the designer hadn’t tested them after installation. Only one tissue was found inside the tissue box, and the air conditioning was difficult to adjust for proper ventilation.

The moment I woke up and saw the breathtaking view of Anfield Stadium from my window, I was captivated. As a huge Liverpool FC fan, this was a dream come true. The room itself was exceptional, and the overall experience at the hotel was truly unforgettable. I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy it more.

I expected it to be closer given that the description was ' close to ' lime stree station. However no compaints and rooms were great.

Hotel and room were clean and of good sizes, staff were friendly with a quick swift check in and check out. It’s not right in the centre and about a 15 mins walk from the centre but we don’t mind that as we like this hotel. The shower has a big head so it was so lovely first thing.

First impression of the hotel was how clean and simplistic it was. Check in was relaxed at the front desk and I was directed to the lifts to find my room. Room was spacious and well designed with all the amenities required. Coffee machine was a lovely touch and easy to use. Bed was clean and comfortable and would highly recommend this hotel at that price.

The hotel was clean had plenty of options for room service but the prices are really high for a Novotel & was far from all the sights.

Hotel was very modern and clean, comfortable bed and staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is also in a good location

Right next to Royal University Liverpool Hospital, very convenient if you need to visit the hospital
