One of the best hotel in Liverpool A great staff and very nice rooms Just a bit far from the city center (25 minutes by foot) Otherwise perfect !

The service was excellent, the breakfast was plentiful, and the room was clean. The hotel arranged for us to stay on a high floor with views of Liverpool city center and the sea. This is my second time staying at this hotel.

It was a nice stay.

The room was clean and the location was across the road from the Royal Liverpool hospital. The only drawback was that the room was equipped for people with physical challenges. Although great, this meant the sinks are fitted very low. For a 6'4" tall man, that was inconvenient for my back.

It was a nice stay. comfortable pros: service- helpful trainee at desk got me a dental kit and brought to room. I also forgot my shaving foam and comb but they didn’t have these avaiilable breakfast: sensible not spectacular. Id like individual yoghurt pots and more fruits.maybe marmite? Food was on high turnover at busy times so can be a wait to get tables cleaned gym: ok- cons: bedside table very dusty see pictures

It was the first time in the hotel and I really enjoyed it. The staff are very friendly specially a lady in the reception area CARMEN from Spain but speaks fluent Portuguese, definitely recommend to everyone.

Great modern hotel near universities and 10/15 min walk into centre. Studio room was perfect with kitchenette. Payable car park (30% discount for guests) close by. Would definitely recommend and return.

Amazing experience at the Novotel Liverpool Paddington Village! Stunning lounge and room. Booked an executive room and we had ample space, great facilities, including coffee machine in room! Staff were very helpful, offering special packages that can be arranged for special events / anniversaries. Great views of the radio tower and cathedrals from Level 13 too. 5/5!

It's a twin room this time. As I mentioned before, it's still spacious, but it's not in good accessible condition. Modern in design, but it lacks user consideration. Breakfast: I want to enjoy coffee, but the first 3 cups were not cleaned well, so finally, the 4th cup can be used.
