A lush staycation for me and my partner, staff were lovely. Only small thing was it was quite warm in the room, we did have a standalone fan. Would recommend!

My daughter and I went for a spa break and it was so lovely, the restaurant wasn’t open as it was a Monday but this didn’t spoil our break. What makes this venue so special are the staff, they are so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them

Was a good overnight stay but wasn’t as good as i hoped. Arrived and was welcomed by a lovely woman at the desk i believe her name was Chelsea she was very helpful and friendly. Food was lovely. But our phone in our room wouldn’t work so we couldn’t order room service until we spoke to reception and were told they already knew the phone was broken so we had to use our own phones. The TV wouldn’t work, randomly went to a really high volume and could turn it down or up or even off so we couldn’t watch anything all night. Pool was beautiful but sauna wasn’t open even tho it shuts at 10 and we were there at 8. And were not aware you had to pay to use the hot tub, so was quite gutted.

First time visit, it was a short visit because of other plans. Beautiful hotel, lovely welcoming reception, gorgeous room, most comfortable bed + all extras , can’t wait for a longer stay next time & to make use of all other facilities. Thank you 😀

Amazing Front of Staff didn’t catch the woman’s name but she had Ginger ish hair she was so lovely very chatty was so lovely and welcoming asset to the team !! Room was incredible definitely worth every penny !! Food was amaizng and the ribeye and lobster definitely going back again !!

Rooms are not sound proof, you can hear floorboards creaking from footsteps on top of you of other guests. They changed our room and gave us a room in the attic in which the space was so tight and felt claustrophobic. No jacuzzi included with your overnight stay, just a pool and sauna.
