Very satisfied. The hotel is within walking distance of Westminster Abbey and Big Ben, and also very close to Buckingham Palace. The neighborhood is very quiet, and with MI5 right next door, we felt very safe. Our child loved it too.
**Facilities:** The room was very modern and well-designed. While not particularly spacious, this is quite understandable for London.
**Service:** I must particularly highlight the service. Having stayed at several hotels over our ten-plus days in the UK, this was the only one that offered luggage delivery to the room.
**Cleanliness:** Very good.
The location is excellent — very close to the DLR South Quay station and within walking distance to Canary Wharf.
However, there are some drawbacks: the room has no working table or any table available, which makes it inconvenient for work. Additionally, the bathroom is poorly designed, leading to water leaking everywhere after showering.
The room was pretty decent and clean. The location is excellent, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and within walking distance to Liverpool Station.
If I’d to give one critique, it would be the check-in and check-out experience. It felt a bit less professional compared to other hotels. While this might be a personal preference, I’d prefer a more straightforward process, less chatty and with fewer unnecessary questions.

Location: In South Kensington, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, V&A, and Harrods are all about one kilometer away.
Hotel: A typical British hotel, the hotel is clean, the rooms are exquisite, and the service is excellent. You can choose to order breakfast for 20 pounds per person, or go to the famous Pual restaurant nearby for a cup of coffee + freshly baked croissants.
We decided to stay here because of the NYE fireworks display which could be viewed at the rooftop only to be told that access to the hotel is not an automatic access to the rooftop on New Year’s Eve and the worst thing is that it got sold out. It was just downhill from there because honestly, we made the reservation just for that sole purpose. I wouldn’t call my stay enjoyable really, not because of the services or anything, it was just the disappointment we felt when everything we planned out became null. Probably wouldn’t go there again but it’s a nice hotel in a good location regardless

Nice location, right in front of St. Paul cathedral. Close to tube / train station, Farringdon also walkable distance. Easy to walk to the riverside as well. Restaurants around on Main Street and in the alley. Hotel is newly decorated, very neat and quiet. Amenities are the best I used at London (11 nights 4 different hotels: 2 5-star hotel, Hilton, and 1 small hotel). Staff are professional. Breakfast is very nice. Dinner not my thing though (half board, with express dinner set included).

Very pleasant experience. Booked this for my birthday trip to London, had a concert at night at the O2 and decided to stay in Stratford, which is only 3 stops away on Jubilee line so location is great! Hotel is easy to find as it's next to Westfield, so good to grab coffee and snacks on the way. The hotel receptionist was very warm and welcoming, she was so nice to give me an room upgrade. She mentioned it's because of me being a Hilton Honors member, but I only registered right before I booked the room on Trip.com, so not sure if it's general practice or birthday-related. The view was decent, nothing fancy due to the are, but airy enough. Room was modern design and I personally quite like it, very clean, and the shower is HUGE. Honestly very very happy about it. The only thing I wasn't expecting was that there's no drinking water in the room, like bottled water or other beverages, charged or not, instead there's a glass container with a sign on saying you can collect water and ice at the ground floor. The water station actually had a Brita machine that can give cold still or sparkling water, eco-friendly and avoid waste I guess. I don't mind it that much as I was only staying for one night and was out for the concert most of night anyway. The price included breakfast the second morning, was quite decent, buffet style, more than enough choices for a quick breakfast to my taste. Seating was cosy and view was bright and nice. Generally very pleasant experience and I'd definitely try to stay here again next time I'm heading to O2 for concerts.
