Good location, new hotel in city center but the hotel located in underground may have underground sounds. Small room that expected and have no any amenities in room have only towels (no hair dryer, have to pay 10pounds for renting) if want luggage storage have to pay 15p/bag.

you need to bring hair dryer or other specific amenities cuz they don't hav in a room u need to pay if you want to use them. but the location is good

Great cheap stay in central London. Staff are a delight and so helpful, rooms are very clean and modern but very basic which reflects in the price. Have seen people complain about the sound of the underground, I didn’t notice it personally but depends how quiet you like it to be before you sleep.

It’s the worst experience I ever had! If you wanna borrow hairdryer you need to pay £10 for rent per day! And that is not deposit! It’s for rent!
Also, it shows on trip.com saying that it’s free for luggage storage but when we come to the counter they just said it’s said by third party website not from hotel’s end.
And it’s £15 per luggage!!! It’s ridiculous

Good location but terrible service. After paying over 220£ per night we were charged 10£ extra to hold our luggage till checkin time. Another 10£ on check out.
