The Worst experience I’ve ever had in my whole life… The Customer Service is lower that anywhere I was before. I’m really experienced traveler. 1) They didn’t allow me to the house after check-in (I had long trip from Belgium and arrived late evening) and left me on the street having previously withdrawn money from my card… When I called, they were very cold with the attitude “I don’t know anything, go anywhere you want…” Despite of unfair price for that area of London (about 110 euro for one night) they are really provide the worst service. 2) They didn’t return my money even to stay reliable hospitality representative. They absolutely don’t care of anyone. Avoid this place. I believe you can find something much better, closer to sightseeings.
