We stayed as we were seeing Harry Styles at the stadium. Sadly the electric was off when we were trying to get ready. Then we had two alarms the went off in the early hours of the morning while we were sleeping. The sheets were not clean. Aside from this a great location for the stadium and good breakfast

the staff at the hotel is very sweet & helping. The hotel is located right in between Wembley park & central & a lot of things are close by to it. It is a pretty decent hotel for a one night stay.

Booked this trip for my finances birthday. The hotel is outdated which we were aware of and no issues there but if you’re looking for something modern it’s not the place for you. The lift doors were very sticking and didn’t seem to open properly and had a bad smell to them. Checked in ok, went to our room which had the heating on full blast and the temp was showing at 39c. We tried to open the window but it was held closed by just a screw. The bed was very comfy to sleep on but we only stayed one night so wasn’t too bad. The next morning we were disturbed by housekeeping entering our room at 8am saying hello then quickly exiting and then hoovering the corridors banging the walls and our door. We told reception about this but was greeted by a rude member of staff who pointed to another lady then walked off. The lady behind the desk said she’ll talk to housekeeping again so sounds like this happens a lot. We then decided to go for breakfast to be told it was £15 each! Apparently when you check in you can buy breakfast at a discounted rate of £12.50 but no one told us or offered this at check in. We decided to go elsewhere for breakfast. All in all we had a good trip to London but will not recommend this hotel or ever be returning again. I wish I had spent a bit more and gone to a better hotel.

We spent the last weekend at the hotel and we were delighted to had booked the hotel as the rooms were really clean and tidy the light system was very Cousy and relapsing the reception team were very kind and helpful, parking for our car was really good as well as it saved us from parking hassle. I highly recommend it to every one visiting LONDON.

I always love going KGB backpackers. It's a great location for me as well. Ladbroke Grove, Holland Park and Notting Hill are just give minutes away, as well as Westfield Shopping Centre on the other side. The hostel is located literally across the road from the Bakerloo Line giving me access to the Elizabeth Line at Paddington which is about 6 minutes on the train, which includes all the stops as well. The hostel has good facilities, a kitchen, a lounge and a chill out area. A bar tuck shop and a restaurant inside as well. The beds are comfy and there is a shower in the room. It's quite conveniently located in a quiet area as well at the very end of NW London right next to Wilesden Junction for overground interchange. It's like home to me. I stay here whenever I can and hate it when it gets fully booked. A must try for low-key staying but quick Central London and West End access. Maida Hill and St John's Wood is close by as well. Not even 10 minutes by car. So many locations. Must visit!!!💯😁🇬🇧👍👍🏆🏆🏆🏆🏋️

Fantastic hotel overlooking Hyde Park Corner. Great service and everything you want/need in a London hotel. We used the 25 m pool and there was only one other person using it at the same time as us. We felt the whole stay was one of our better ones in London.

On arrival the check in desk was extremely busy however they were really quick! We were over an hour early and as the rooms were ready they gave us the keys straight away! Staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome immediately. Location was perfect!!! And a 2 minute walk to the dominion theatre to see sister act!! Rooms are small but they had everything we needed for a weekend break. Shower was powerful with plenty of heat. Only criticism is there was no cups to put ice in by the machines and tv channels weren’t the best as they kept buffering. Will definitely stay here again .

The staff are nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel car park is convenient and high secured. The hotel close to the underground, outlet and different type of restaurant.

I have stay to Ramada hotel end I Ben very welcome with Catalina service, I recommended this hotel because them have lovely staff, end everything perfectly. Definitely will coming back very soon in this great hotel great staff great service great everything, I suggest everyone to come in this great hotel 🏨
