Premier Inn London Hammersmith (Ravenscourt Park)

If you’ve ever wondered what it might be like to go to prison I recommend staying here. Tired, tiny room in serious need of maintenance. Cold breeze due to broken window which seemed to have been sellotaped together. Stank of industrial disinfectant. Shower soaked the floor every time I used it due to too short curtain. Room not cleaned while I was there for 2 nights. Staying at the hotel has totally put me off Premier Inn as a chain as it’s the worst one I’ve ever stayed in.

Perfectly reasonable for west London. Nothing special and probably would have rated as three if this was not London but it is. The room was only 80 a night it super easy being so near the tube. It was clean and fine for what it was would recommend. Checking In was super easy and breakfast was fine

Faulty electrical lamp ...mirror light didn't work in bathroom toilet flusher faulty, previously had a bad experience in this room which is a family room, despite complaining & saying don't give me this room again...they did

A place to put your head for the night. Hotel is in need of some TLC I didn't feel the hotel match Premier Inn's high levels of perfection. The room looked dated. The wall paint was cracked and their was a light fitting dangling from the bedroom roof, revealing the connecting wires. If you want somewhere to stop and you're not bother what you room is like, then this is a good choice.

I felt like I needed to take the time to write a review for this hotel as I was a little concerned coming here, reading all the negative reviews beforehand. We decided to trust that there would be a certain standard met with the fact that it is a Premier Inn and there was. The rooms are small, and are probably due an upgrade at some point, but neither of these things matter when you are on holiday in London. The location is perfect. Ideal for the tube and walks by the river, with fantastic restaurants nearby. Staying on the upper floors give a lovely view of the city. We found our rooms spotlessly clean, reception staff were friendly and helped with anything we asked them. The breakfast was good and not at all cold as other complained. I would stay here again. The 5 star rating is based on the quality for the price we paid

Great price and good location near two different tube lines. The rooms are very small but no problem with that as we only slept there. They will store your luggage for you too. The only issue is the room is incredible humid as there are no fans in the bathroom when you shower. It felt like a swamp after anyone showered. Towels never dry and water droplets cover the ceiling of the bathroom and drip on you for hours after showering. It never dried out and made the room damp.

Old towels. Shabby room. You will never reach reservations by phone. They deceive with “call the hotel” on the reservations page as it’s NOT the hotel, it’s some central reservations number that won’t be answered.
