like a cell of 12m2 for 3 , 1000£ for 3 nights without breakfast - anyway not available at the place - so new eve night or not, this place is not worth the cost.

It was a nice stay here. The only reason not 5 star is it was a little chaotic, with noise etc going on with the reconstruction and I couldn't make head or tail of which stairs to take etc. Staff were so lovely, room was very nice. Air con worked an absolute hoot. Could not fault it in the slightest. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel. Had a clean, newly renovated room. Set in a great location. The hotel is currently undergoing a renovation but the staff were extremely helpful and carried our luggage up to the fourth floor. Would stay here again. Thank you! :)

The room was on the 4th floor and there was no lift. It was situated next to the entrance to the floor, and we heard every single person coming in. The air-conditioning was malfunctioning and was terribly noisy, and the gentleman they kept sending up to fix it spoke no english and didn't know anything about it. There is no sound proofing of any kind, so if you would like to get a good night's sleep-this is probably not the place. I must admit I am surprised how highly this hotel is rated. Would not visit again.

Not even close to pictures showen on web. Very small room, 4th floor without an elevator , not working aircondition and not place to sit down. A breakfast was not provided. It would be nice to know ahead that the hotel is under reconstruction. Very disapointed. A bed for two was just full size 140 cm.

We stayed 6 days in this small, recently renovated hotel, in an excellent location: close to Hyde Park, two different metro lines, bus stops and numerous bars and restaurants.
We were given a room on the 3rd floor overlooking the main avenue. Small but very nice and airy. The new furniture and bathroom are very nice.
Efficient cleaning service included in the price.
The only flaw: the elevator was under maintenance, but the suitcases were still taken to the room by a hotel employee.
Excellent value for money!
