I booked again. This hotel is very good. The room is very big. This time I stayed in a double bed + single bed. It was clean and the service was good. There is a restaurant bar on the first floor which is also delicious. I like it very much. , and the transportation is also convenient. It's just at the end of the main street. No. 16 goes to the airport. It's very good.

This hotel is a 25 minute walk to Euston/ Kings Cross station and a 10 minute walk from Angel tube station,  so in a good location for connecting to other areas of London. It was also on many bus routes too!  It was a bit on the pricey side, but I suppose to be expected for London. The room itself was quite spacious and comfortable. The only downside is that I got a room at the back of the property so there wasn’t much natural light. That being said I was mainly out exploring in the day and also the weather wasn’t great to begin with. I would stay again for ease and convenience.

I have been to multiple hotel in london. I would say this hotel is the most reasonable price with best location. The only things I was not expected was at least they should provide a bottle of water and a slipper... Apparently the carpet was bit marked and I have to wear to shoes all the time... Apart from that overall, I am happy with this places.

I found the location convenient only aspects that weren't really convenient was the parking which you had to pay for and weren't reimbursed and it would have been nice if the room had a fan being that it was warm and stagnant and the one working elevator. Other than that, everything else was ok.

really lovely stay. conveniently located by farringdon station and v close to the west end area. room had good amenities such as a kitchenette and coffee. slightly odd layout where the bathroom door and main room door would block each other when opened haha. car park had 3 bays at the back of the hotel, not the most spacious bays but good enough.

It takes about 15 minutes to walk across the Thames River, and you can basically check out the famous attractions along the Thames River. It's so close to Farringdon Underground Station and it's very convenient to go to the outskirts of London. The breakfast in the hotel is very good, with a variety of choices, and many British people from other places stay. The disadvantage is that the room is relatively small and there are no cleaning supplies. It is a cost-effective hotel.

Exit King's Cross Station, turn left, walk along the McDonald's street at the intersection for less than 50 meters, you will see Premium Inn, continue 2-3 buildings, turn right on the small road and you will arrive, less than 10 minutes from the train station. The room is not big, if two people stay, the two suitcases cannot be spread out flat, and the bed can only be put up and down on one side. If you want to transfer, you can choose this place. The breakfast is a typical English breakfast with a full variety and the color matching of the restaurant is very good.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a mixed experience. While the overall ambiance was pleasant, the mattress lacked comfort, missing a topper that could have enhanced the sleeping experience. The multiple pillows provided were unfortunately uncomfortable and resulted in neck pain. Soundproofing was a significant issue; I could hear footsteps from neighbors upstairs, impacting the quality of rest. The lack of temperature control in the room was inconvenient, as it stayed consistently cold, with no option to adjust the auto-set temperature. Overall, improvements in bedding comfort and sound insulation would significantly enhance the guest experience.

London Travel Guide

Getting Around London

Are you ready to explore London now? Let's talk about how to get there and get around. Whether you're flying, taking a train, or arriving by bus, getting to London is straightforward.

If you're flying, London has several major airports:

London Heathrow Airport (LHR): As London's largest airport and one of the busiest in the world, Heathrow is located about 23 kilometres west of the city centre. It handles a vast number of international flights.

London Gatwick Airport (LGW): Situated about 45 kilometres south of central London, Gatwick is the second-largest airport, serving both international and domestic flights.

London Stansted Airport (STN): Located approximately 64 kilometres northeast of London, Stansted primarily serves European and Mediterranean destinations.

London Luton Airport (LTN): About 55 kilometres north of the city centre, Luton handles European and some international flights.

London City Airport (LCY): Positioned in East London near the financial district, this airport mainly caters to business travellers and short-haul flights.

Want to start your journey with ease? Why not book a hotel nearby that offers a shuttle service? It’s a real lifesaver, especially when you’re exhausted after a long journey or a late night flight. With the stress taken out of your arrival, you'll have more time and energy to dive into all the fantastic things London has to offer.

Once you're in the city, getting around is a breeze. The Tube is one of the top ways to travel—it's quick, budget-friendly, and takes you just about anywhere you need to go. Taxis and buses are also easy to find, though you might hit a bit of traffic now and then.

The Tube: London's Underground, or "The Tube," is one of the fastest ways to get around. Fares depend on the zones you travel through, with a single journey in central London (Zone 1) costing around £2.80 if you use an Oyster card or contactless payment. It's a quick and iconic way to navigate the city, but it can get crowded during rush hours.

Buses: London's iconic red buses are a great way to get around the city. A single fare is £1.75, and you can hop on and off as many buses as you like within an hour for the same price. Buses offer a more scenic route compared to the Tube, but they can be slower due to traffic.

Taxis: Black cabs are a classic London experience. The starting fare is about £3.80, and they can be hailed on the street or found at taxi ranks. Alternatively, ride-sharing apps like Uber are widely used and can be more budget-friendly.

Cycling: Santander Cycles, also known as "Boris Bikes," are available for hire across the city. It's a fun and active way to explore, especially in good weather.

River Services: Travelling by boat on the Thames offers a unique perspective of the city. It's a bit more leisurely but provides stunning views of landmarks.

Remember to check the Transport for London (TfL) website or app for real-time updates and to plan your journey efficiently.

ZZombaeAs I’m arriving with my luggage, I’m greeted with two employees that walk outside from the hotel to help me with my bags and assist me to the check-in desk. They assisted with my luggage and introduced all the amenities in my room. A great welcoming after a 12hr travel. I stayed in the Montcalm room. This room was astonishing and so comfortable. Lighting, heated bathroom floors, and a very comfortable bed. Dining: 10/10 room service, but they also provide an amazing dining experiences located at the rooftop bar and restaurant. The staff is beyond amazing and provided the best hospitality I’ve ever received. I am traveling from the states and will come back to stay here again!

GGuest UserI stayed here for two nights. It is in a very central location. There is a kitchen in the room. There is a refrigerator, microwave oven, forks, knives and spoons. You can enter the rooms and the hotel with a code. Overall it was a good experience. Although there is no specific reason, as a woman traveling alone, I did not feel very safe here for some reason. NNunaBGCWas quite nice, tidy and clean. Super small room but quite ok for a one person traveller who wants to stay alone in an ensuite. Good location where I easily walked to the train station. I also arrived pretty late at night but with just a small upfront call my keys were sorted for me. . The breakfast was much better than expected with the omelette option for vegetarians. The staff was nice. Generally a safe family and single friendly place to stay and definitely price-conscious!! Worth my stay.
