This place is a joke. From day 1, it has been pure disappointment. We've arranged a hotel transfer, they were supposed to pick us up once we've let them know, through WeChat, that we have arrived at Erlong Bridge Bus stop (50¥). We've contacted them and tried to call them several times while waiting under burning sun for 45 minutes. No answer. We needed to contact and ask our previous hotel from Yangshuo to call them so they finally replied and sent a driver. Then, a guy was at the hotel. Didn't help carrying luggage while we were walking up the many stairs with heavy backpacks and struggling. He wasn't speaking English, didn't present himself. No idea who he was but clearly not a receptionist. He asked us to wait and then, after a while, gave us a keycard to a room, which we had to find by ourselves. When we entered the room, we noticed this was not at all what we've booked. We went back downstairs and explained it. He asked us to wait some more and went away. A cleaning lady appeared and shown us another room. Which hasn't been clean yet and still not the right type. So she brought us to another one, it was still not the one we've booked but looked like an upgrade. Not sure if it was voluntary or not, as the communication was terrible. We stayed 2 nights in the Panorama Suite (Terrace) but the disaster didn't end there. The room seemed not to be ready for guests (dead bugs, spider webs, dust, green mold and hairs in the toilet). The view on the rice terrace was great though and the potential for the establishment is definitely there but the poor service makes the experience terrible. What could have been a romantic getaway ended up being a nightmare. The owners have no clues what they are doing, nor what hospitality is. The nice cleaning lady was doing her best to be helpful and to provide what was missing in the room (no bath foam gel, then the bathtub was broken, hot water takes forever to come..). Might be due to the remoted location but then, don't build a hotel with bathtub in the room, if you aren't able to commit to it. The place was totally empty so it's not like they were busy. However, there was no one around to answer our questions or explained if the bar or restaurant was open for example. The least you can do is to have some writing information in English to let guests know about breakfast options, touristic tips about the Longji Terrace Scenic area, bus transfer and basic welcoming info. Same for how to use TV, A/C remote control or even the smart toilets system (which was blocked and didn't function properly). Don't pretend to be a fancy luxury hotel by using fake Photoshopped pictures if many things in the room aren't working and you don't have any care for international guests. We've contacted their WeChat account several times to ask some help, no one replied in two days. Then we finally bumped into a woman and tried to tell her this was not okay, and we were very disappointed. She was laughing to our faces and went away. Way too expensive. Obviously, don't recommend.

AMAZING stay!!! Beautiful rooms, beautiful views, and wonderful service. The food is delicious. Cucumber salad is the best we ever had. You'll love this place, it's got a fantastic view and is super peaceful

Had an incredible stay here! The views are stunning (probably one of the best out of all the other accommodations nearby), the room was clean and the service was friendly. It's a family owned business and everyone is lovely. If you're taking a bus, it won't drop you all the way to the hotel but if you give the hotel a call, someone can come pick you up from the bus stop. I had a bit of a miscommunication with my previous hotel who arranged a coach for us that dropped us off at a very far away drop off point and someone still came and picked us up from there with no complaints (and did not charge us for it)!! We were also dropped back off at the bus stop on the day we left. No one spoke much English which made it a little harder, but we got by with a translator app. There are quite a few stairs to go up to get to the hotel which isn't great if you have lots of heavy luggage so I'd recommend packing lightly if possible. Having said that, if you have average fitness, you should be fine getting up and down the stairs, the trek is not too long. The views are definitely worth it! Would stay again for sure.

The room is big and clean. The boss's service is very good. He also helps with the luggage. The breakfast is delicious. I highly recommend the one chicken and two dishes made by the chef.

The room has large floor-to-ceiling windows, and you can see the terraced fields outside from the room. The hotel is a bit far from the Ping'anzhai parking lot. The boss drove us from the parking lot to the bottom of the hotel, and we needed to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the hotel. The boss is very enthusiastic. The hotel is not far from the Kowloon Five Tigers Observation Deck. We had dinner at the hotel and it was delicious.

🚗Convenience: I drove from Chengdu to Guilin with a friend's family. The journey was long, so we decided to stay at Longji halfway up the mountain as our first stop. After looking around online and communicating with the boss, we chose Yunman! When we parked at the foot of the mountain and walked to the parking lot, the owner was already waiting for us at the door, which was very thoughtful. 🛏️Beauty: When we arrived at the accommodation, we were attracted by the scenery in front of us. Outside the balcony was the terraced fields. We drank tea and ate with the breeze on our faces. It felt very comfortable. We told the boss that we were tired from the journey and we were going to take a break and go fishing. The boss also contacted Baba Shishi for us. 🌄Excellent location: It is very convenient to walk to the scenic spots on both sides, and the night stroll in the village next to it is also very close. We went to the Jiulong Wuhu Observation Deck first because we were going to catch fish. The children walked barefoot on the stone road, and wild strawberries could be picked everywhere on the roadside. They were so sweet, the scenery was beautiful, and it was a surprise~ The adults had more fun than the children in the fishing activity😂 🏡Comfortable: We booked a twin bed, the room is spacious and bright, the balcony has unlimited scenery, the night is lit by candlelight, the stars are twinkling, and tourists who hike at night walk with flashlights. Apart from the darkness, there are moving lights as companions, as if you are in the starry sky. As a background for the balcony, it is simply amazing, haha. My friend didn't have much expectations for the terraced fields, but when he arrived during the flooding period, he got used to it, and it was also beautiful. My friend felt very good and the experience was full! 🥗Delicious: We ordered the meal directly in the restaurant. The boss asked the restaurant chef to cook the fish we caught for us. We originally wanted to do it ourselves, but our husband talked to the chef and withdrew because he felt that the chef was very professional. The chicken tasted great in two ways. This meal was the best we had on the way, bar none. The rice wine was delicious. It was a pity that we didn’t eat the snails recommended by the boss. When we left, the boss sent us to the parking lot. Next time we go, we will go there to have a good time! 👏Very good accommodation environment, with natural white noise to help you sleep at night. Both adults and children slept comfortably and woke up feeling refreshed. Yunman Tianjian is highly recommended!

The location of the hotel is very good. The balcony overlooks the terraced fields and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery while sitting on the balcony. The room is very big, the logs are very stylish, the mattress and pillows are the most comfortable I have slept on during this trip, I like them very much. The boss is also very enthusiastic and will tell you how to get to the observation deck and how to play. The price is right, the cost performance is excellent, highly recommended, I will stay here again next time!

The room is super big. It's nice to have such facilities in the mountains. I will go there again next time. The only problem is that the doors are made of wood and are a bit bad after a long time. There is a big gap when the door is closed.

This family trip brought the elders to stay, and everyone was very satisfied! The boss is super nice, enthusiastic and considerate, and gave us a lot of suggestions for local tours. The dinner was especially delicious, using fresh local ingredients. The elderly had a happy and healthy meal! The location of the hotel is also great, with beautiful surroundings and convenient travel. The service is impeccable, making you feel at home from check-in to check-out. If you plan to travel here, this is definitely the right choice! The whole family said they would come again next time.

The room is large with a great view. When you open the curtains, the golden terraces unfold before your eyes. The inn is located on the mountainside and requires climbing stairs. It is recommended not to bring too much luggage. But this is also the characteristic of the entire scenic area. You need to climb to the commanding heights to appreciate the visual beauty of Longji Terraces. The boss was very welcoming. He drove to the parking lot to pick us up and then helped us get our things. The inn has a restaurant, and there is a large terrace outside the restaurant that is suitable for taking photos. Breakfast and lunch are available and are very good and reasonably priced.

The first stop of the National Day holiday is of course to go to the place I want to go the most~ Driving from Shenzhen for ten hours to visit Longji Rice Terraces🦾 At 5:00 in the morning on September 30th, before dawn, I drove from Shenzhen for nearly 10 hours😭 directly to Ping'an Zhuangzhai of Longsheng Longji Rice Terraces. But I stayed in a B&B where I felt extremely happy! The room was exactly like the photos! 🥰Right next to the Kowloon Five Tigers Observation Deck! You can see the beautiful terraced fields from your room! We were really lucky that the boss upgraded our room because we had two children! So happy! When I got there, the room was sunny and I couldn't help taking a lot of photos despite my tired body! The terraced fields are really beautiful at three o'clock in the afternoon! Although the B&B is really beautiful, I still have to talk about the hardship. 😂 1⃣️🏠B&B: It is recommended not to bring too much luggage with children to the terraced fields, because you need to climb a long stone staircase to reach the B&B (if you have a lot of luggage, you can tell the owner in advance and the owner will find someone to help carry a basket of luggage). Dinner was solved directly in the B&B, but the dishes were salty. If you don’t like it too salty, you can tell the owner~ But the Guilin rice noodles for breakfast are delicious. 😋 2⃣️📸Photography: I got up early and went to the Seven Stars and Moon Viewing Platform in Ping'an Zhuangzhai but didn’t see the sunrise. 😭 If you only stay for one night like me and like to take pictures, it is recommended to take a lot of photos in the B&B and save some energy to go to Jinkeng Dazhai to take pictures! It’s really beautiful there! You can also spend a little money to rent a set of clothes for taking photos~ 3⃣️Viewing platform selection: After reading a lot of guides, I finally figured out how to go to Jinkeng Dazhai in one go without spending a penny, without taking a cable car, and without climbing a mountain. It takes less time to reach a beautiful viewing area! That is the navigation [Longji Thousand-Layer Ladder Observation Deck]. Find a store nearby to eat and park for free:D. After eating and drinking, go to the bathroom and then walk downhill for a few minutes to reach the [Thousand-Layer Ladder Observation Deck]! Before we left, we asked the local residents if it was necessary to go to the Golden Buddha Peak. They said no, so we left contentedly. Hahaha 4⃣️The temperature on the mountain has dropped! Everyone should bring thick clothes when traveling! It was so cold on October 1st that I was shivering... 5⃣️If you like golden passion fruit, you can find a stall along the road to buy small and medium-sized fruits and bargain for a good price. It's really a good deal! Much cheaper than downtown.
